Wir haben über den Jahreswechsel 23/24 schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Bei regnerischem Wetter bietet das Schwimmbad in Sellin eine gute Alternative zu den Strandspaziergängen. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt, gut ausgestattet und alles blitzsauber. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Wir haben in der Ferienanlage Rex Rugia Ende April 23 eine wundervolle Woche verbracht. Das Haus war sehr strandnah. Vom Balkon hatten wir Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung war für 2 Personen perfekt. Die Raumaufteilung ist super und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Modernes Design, Fußbodenheizung und absolut sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten durchweg sonnige Tage, auch wenn die Temperaturen am Tag selten ins zweistellige hoch gingen. Wir sind oft geradelt (z. B. nach Thiessow, Göhren, Baabe). Unweit der Ferienanlage gibt es zwei Gaststätten mit guter Speisekarte. Es war schmackhaft. Die Brötchen u. a. Dinge des Lebens bekommt man im kleinen Dorfladen, welcher von 08.30 - 10.00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Ansonsten ist Lobbe ein kleiner, ruhiger Ort mit einem schönen Sandstrand. Von der Bade- und Erlebniswelt "AHOI" waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Die Rutsche und das Außenbecken waren gesperrt. Zum Glück war das Wetter gut und die Natur hat uns sehr viel geboten, so dass wir nur einmal dort waren. Eine Schiffahrt ab Saßnitz oder auch Binz bis zur Kreideküste und Königsstuhl ist zu empfehlen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren als Ehepaar Bewohner einer Zweizimmerwohnung, die sich in einem Haus mit sechs Ferienwohnungen befindet. Die sehr saubere Wohnung ist im Wohn- und Küchenbereich gemütlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der Küchenbereich verfügt über alle notwendigen Gerätschaften, die für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt erforderlich sind. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und einem Kleiderschrank möbliert. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist hochwertig. Das geräumige Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Duschfunktion, einer Toilette und einem schönen Waschtisch aus Marmor. Abstellflächen für notwendige Utensilien sind hier ausreichend vorhanden.Bei schönem Wetter bietet der geräumige Balkon - ausgestattet mit einem Tisch und zwei Gartenstühlen. - eine schöne Möglichkeit, die Meeresluft zu genießen. Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung am Rande des kleinen Ortes Lobbe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Gastronomiebetriebe sind im Umkreis von drei Kilometern auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Der Meeresstrand verläuft nur etwa 150 Meter vom Haus entfernt, ist allerdings nicht so attraktiv wie in den Orten Binz oder Sellin. Wer allerdings Ruhe bevorzugt oder insbesondere auch einen schönen Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren möchte, der ist in dem Ort Lobbe gut aufgehoben. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefügt und können auch die unkomplizierten Mietmodalitäten vorbehaltlos bestätigen
