Urlaub vom 14.-21.9.2024 Preis-Leistungsverhältnis 100 % i. O. Sehr netter Kontakt in einer Krisensituation (hatte den Schlüssel verloren). Es war sehr ruhig in dem Haus und die "festen" Bewohner sehr hilfsbereit. Ältere, große Hunde können Probleme mit der Treppe haben. Der Aufzug endet leider immer auf einer 1/2 Etage.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte alles, was ich brauchte. Schön, dass im Bad und im Flur nun Haken sind, um etwas aufzuhängen. Die Bügel im Schlafzimmerschrank allerdings sind zu labil für eine nasse, schwere Jacke. Im Wohnzimmer funktionierte eine Leuchte gar nicht, bei der anderen nur die kleinere Leuchte. Aber das hat die Erholung nicht negativ beeinflusst. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Urlaub zu zweit mit Hund

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Hundestrand mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar, Hundewiese fußläufig ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Genügend Handtücher im extra abgeschlossenen Paket vorhanden gewesen. Leider gab es kein Blatt Toilettenpapier bei Eintreffen sowie keinen Tropfen Seife. Schade, dass die vorherige Grundreinigung nicht sorgfältig durchgeführt wurde. Wir haben uns in der kleinen Ferienwohnung aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Plus war der Geschirrspüler und der Backofen.

Ich war Alleinreisender und habe bei bestem Sommerwetter die Wohnung hauptsächlich als Schlafstätte angesehen. Die kleine Wohnung ist völlig ok. Bei 2 Personen könnte es eng werden. Sie ist einfach aber schön und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Mit hat nichts gefehlt. Es ist zwar etwas hellhörig, aber die Hausgemeinschaft und generell die Umgebung ist recht ruhig. Man kann ganz gut schlafen. WLAN perfekt, Sonnenbalkon mit Blick auf das Nachbarmietshaus - das haben haben aber alle und man stört sich nicht daran. Es ist letztlich eine einfache Mietwohnung, die in einem normalen Wohngebiet liegt. Man wohnt also unter Syltern, wobei ich glaube, dass auch andere Wohnungen an Feriengäste vermietet werden. Die Lage ist wirklich gut - Strandnähe, Waldnähe, Bushaltestelle; Entfernung zu Fuß in die Friedrichstraße ca. 15 Minuten. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Empfehlenswert.

Alles bestens und tolle Lage

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl . Die Wohnungen in dem Objekt sind sehr hellhörig. Die Lage und alles andere waren top. Gerne wieder.

Hübsche kleine Ferienwohnung

Das Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch hat genug Platz, Schafzimmer, Küche und Balkon sind etwas eng. Backofen und Spülmaschine sind erfreulich, WLAN gut. Einige Einrichtungen waren defekt.
