Die Wohnung ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Hier sollte wirklich mal etwas gemacht werden. Alles ist alt und muffig. Im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten in Grömitz ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Mit der Vermittlung hat alles gut geklappt.
