Als Eigenheimbesitzer natürlich nicht unser Ding in einem Block Urlaub zu machen, leider war sonst nichts mehr frei :-(, das ist aber sicher Ansichtssache. Lage zum Strand ist voll in Ordnung. Für 3 Tage war es Ok. Matratzen waren sehr hart und die Oberbetten und Kissen etwas muffig.

Für die Spülmaschine hätte ich mir lieber einen Backofen gewünscht. In der Mikrowelle lässt sich schlecht eine Pizza zubereiten. Der Fernseher war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Fernbedienung schwergängig und fühlt sich unappetitlich an. Aber alles nur Meckerei auf hohem Niveau. Apartment war toll.

Die Ankunft und die Anmeldung war völlig unproblematisch, der Empfang sehr freundlich und höflich...

Die Ankunft und die Anmeldung war völlig unproblematisch, der Empfang sehr freundlich und höflich. Die Orientierung im Haus Berolina war etwas schwieriger. Die Beschriftung an und in den Blöcken ist nicht so schnell zu finden. Auch der Transport der Koffer und so weiter vom Parkplatz zu der Wohnung ist anstrengend und für Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen eine Herausforderung, steile Treppen und es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Koffer oder eine Kinderkarre die Steigung bis zum Eingang zu rollen. Das Badezimmer in meiner Wohnung B212 ist mehr als nur in die Jahre gekommen. Wasserzulauf zur Wanne defekt, die Dusche läuft so gut wie gar nicht und wechselt spontan von ganz heiß auf eiskalt. Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken spritzt in alle Richtungen und man ist dann dort geduscht! Die Matratzen sind sehr hart und das Klappbett eine Stolperfalle. Aber die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei in der gesamten Wohnung. Die Lage des Hauses Berolina ist gut, es sind zu Fuß ca. 10 min. bis zum Strand und Promenade.
