The holiday house is in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, on the outskirts of Kanfanar, on the Istrian peninsula in Croatia.

About a kilometre from the property there is a large supermarket, in the centre, and about 500 metres away there is a small grocery shop. An agriturismo about three kilometres away offers local specialities. It is 10km to the coast with Ria (a sea bay like a fjord) and its oyster and mussel culture, and it is 18km to the well-known and historically interesting town of Rovinj. There are sandy beaches in Vestar near Rovinj. The beaches at Kanfanar and by the Limski Canal are pebbled. The surroundings are suitable for trips to picturesque, historical places such as Motovun, Groznjan and hum, which are within a 40-kilometre radius. Pula airport is 35km away.

The holiday house is on two floors and consists of a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there are the living room-kitchen and one of the bathrooms, while the two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the upper floor. The spacious living room-kitchen is divided into a living and dining area: the living area invites you to enjoy cosy TV evenings with its large corner sofa (which can be used as a sofa bed) and a flatscreen TV, while the dining area with a dining table and a kitchen unit allows you to enjoy meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen unit includes a gas stove, oven and dishwasher. The bedrooms have double beds measuring 180 x 210cm and one of the bedrooms also has an armchair bed. The two bathrooms provide a shower and hairdryer. The house is also equipped with air conditioning and wireless Internet access. You can enjoy leisurely breakfasts of sociable grill evenings on the 25m² terrace, which provides a roofed and furnished area right in front of the kitchen with a table, chairs and a grill. The pool area adjoins the terrace directly and you can cool off in the water and relax on the deckchairs provided. Privacy is guaranteed: the whole outdoor area is for your own exclusive use. Three car parking spaces are available on site.
