L'appartement était conforme à la description. La procédure d'arrivée et de départ nécessite de passer par l'agence, on n'est plus très habitué mais par contre l'accueil était chaleureux. Une bonne adresse avec une ado qui a besoin d'un centre commercial à proximité.La vue sur la mer est reposante

Einfach und gut

Die Lage des Appartements ist sensationell. Direkt am Meer, sofort an der Strandpromenade mit Restaurants und Bars. Einfache Ausstattung und Sauber. Punkt. Luxus ist nicht zu erwarten, das war uns auch klar. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt im Büro in Cagnes, ein Fzg ist unbedingt nötig. Sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption. Fazit: Wir würden es wieder tun :-)

Parking privé et résidence sécurisée. Vue superbe sur la promenade et la mer. Calme de l'endroit au mois de mars. Proximité des restaurants. Accès à Nice à pieds. Petit bémol, l'aéroport à 1,5 kms mais peu gênant

La vue fait tout !

Grand appartement, un peu" vieillot", mais propre et fonctionnel. La situation en front de mer direct et la vue magnifique fait oublier le reste .Les allers retours des avions , avec l aéroport juste à côté ,font du bruit mais au loin .les petits plus: une place de parking dans un espace fermé, une machine laver et le la vue !!

Les seules petit bémol est le faite que la baie vitrée ne se bloque pas côté gauche, lorsque l'on s'absente nous devons obligatoire baissé le store et le fait de ne pas avoir accès à Internet gratuitement.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Wohnung hat eine Top Lage. Von ihrem Standpunkt aus kann man jede Menge Ausflüge machen. Z.b. Monaco, Saint Tropez etc. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist super direkt auf das Meer und der Promenade. Wohung ist groß und hat Platz für 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mehr als Ausreichend. Wir haben uns 2 Wochen sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Und sagen DANKE.
