Relaxing holiday apartment

Great apartment for 2 in a quiet village. Lots of great walking in the valley. We would stay their again if going to the area.

Heerlijke koele studio

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het bleef er heerlijk koel, en dat was zeer welkom met het warme weer. Leuk klein dorp en fijne gastvrouw en heer. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor de prachtige wandelingen die we hebben gemaakt.

Appartement intéressant pour sa fraîcheur en période de canicule

Assez bien situé pour les randonnées que nous avons faites (parc des Ecrins et Queyras). Logement confortable notamment équipé de Wifi (signal assez faible). A éviter pour ceux qui privilégient le calme à la promiscuité (voisinage + voisins de "palier". Suggestions d'amélioration : réduire la température de l'eau chaude (une gabegie en l'état), parfaire la procédure d'accueil (en expliquant ce qui est partagé vs ne l'est pas, etc.)

Great location, lovely spacious studio

Lovely studio with fantastic views. Surprisingly spacious and met our needs well. Good location for skiing, exploring mountains, walking etc

Sympa dans l'ensemble

Logement au calme dans le petit hameau des vigneaux Le studio n'est pas très lumineux et humide Il manque un peut d'équipements exemple : un micro-onde... Les points positifs sont le cadre , le calme du Jolie petite village et la sympathie du gérant .

Location très confortable et bien équipée !

La localisation est parfaite et l’appartement est d’une grande propreté. Aucune difficulté pour trouver notre location à l’arrivée. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à la Balme ! Merci encore

Je ne recommande vraiment pas ce logement à part en pleine canicule, en sous sol de la maison, bruit des propriétaires au dessus, chauffage à granulés défectueux, 17 degré, pas de télé, appart complètement en vis à vis…...

Gérant très gentil vraiment sympathique Dommage pour la propreté j'ai du approfondir car il y avait encore des poils et ongles dans la salle de bain et intérieur des tiroirs avait des saletés et le vis à vis pas terrible car pas de rideaux et il y a du passage on est pas tranquille sinon tout le reste ça va

Tuin met hangmat en goede stoelen en veel schaduw. Badkamer en keuken prima. Ruime studio, tamelijk koel maar er is een kachel.heerlijk verblijf gehad. In het dorp is een bakker, andere boodschappen in briancon,15 km, mega carrefour

Excellent

Le studio a été très bien bien rénové. La localisation permet l acces rapide aux stations de puy st Vincent qui est une petite station et aussi à serre chevalier si on veut plus d espace alpin. C est idéal pour le ski nordique car les parcs abondent alentour. Ideal aussi du coup pour les randonnées. Ann et son mari sont très disponibles.

Centraal gelegen rustige studio

Een fijne schone studio met een tuin voor algemeen gebruik. Centraal gelegen voor vele activiteiten. Gedeeld balkon met andere appartement zorgt voor wat minder privacy, maar dit was geen probleem. Wij zouden hier naar terugkeren.
