wonderful

apartment is very cozy, comfortable bed, nice sofa.the shower is amazing!!I was in town for a medical procedure and the apartment was a great for a comfortable recovery

Great Retreat

I was in town for a 4 day class at UCSF. This studio was perfect, spacious yet cozy, safe, wonderful bathroom with private sauna! Memory foam queen mattress. Only upgrade would be an electric skillet or some other cooktop to make more meals in the room. Mikhail was very accommodating and thorough. I will return in the future.

Comfy and cozy

Stayed here for 2 days while I stayed in the San Francisco area. Place is exactly as shown. Mike provided great and easy to follow instructions and had prompt replies! Overall great experience! (note no oven in property! Not an issue just a note for others!)

Great visit to SF

We had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood feels safe. The location is good for public transport. Easy walk to Whole Foods. Some other people were staying in another part of the house and they were very friendly. We never met the host but he was very helpful.

Super location and place

Beautiful place, great safe neighborhood with parking, three blocks from Stonestown Mall and a quick walk to restaurants and shops in West Portal and the light rail to downtown. Quiet residential area, well kept. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Used this for friends visiting whom I couldn’t accommodate at home and it worked perfectly, will definitely reserve again for more visitors!

Lovely studio in SF

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely studio. It has most every thing we needed on vacation. Perfect for a "recharge" after a long day of sight-seeing in the area.

Wonderful Visit to the City

I stayed in Mikhail's rental for four nights. I chose it because it was very conveniently located near shopping (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target), restaurants and public transportation. I did not have a car but could walk everywhere. It is also very close to San Francisco State University where my son teaches. The studio rental was very clean, very nicely decorated and had everything I needed. The bathroom is very upscale- the shower was amazing. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of blankets, etc. I felt extremely safe (since I was by myself) in this wonderful neighborhood. Mikhail even brought fresh towels without me even asking. Such a gem of a place in which to stay and explore all that San Francisco has to offer.

Nice Cozy Place

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. communicating with the property manager was very easy and replied to all our questions fast. The neighborhood is quiet, close to lots of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place

Location Location Location!

As advertised. We did not use the sauna. Well stocked, friendly and helpful, even when I had to wake Mikhial with a few phone calls because VRBO site wasn't letting me access entry instructions. Location couldn't be better. No car rental needed. A bit musty upon arrival, but it's a lovely old home near the sea, to be expected. Was fine after we aired it out a bit. A fine stay.

Great apartment in San Francisco

This place is perfect for two people. Close to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, beach, Golden Gate Park. Parking on the street is readily available, both during the week and on the weekend. The host was great. The apartment was quiet, the bed was very comfortable. Full size refrigerator and microwave in kitchen - no dishwasher or stove, but it was perfect for us. Excellent bathroom and shower. We didn't use the sauna but it appeared to work great. We will definitely stay again!
