The villa has approximately 130 m² of living space decorated in a modern and elegant style. Highlights include the beautiful living room with satellite TV and WiFi internet equipped with comfortable armchairs in front of the fireplace and sofas overlooking the pool and the sea. Moving on to the kitchen which is perfectly modernised and equipped with an adjoining pantry and small wine fridge, it is perfect for wine fanatics!

With a total of 3 double bedrooms, all with in suite bathrooms the villa is fully furnished in a rustic Mediterranean style with modern elements. One of the three bedrooms is on the ground floor, very bright thanks to the large windows. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a private terrace with a beautiful sea view.
