About this property

Fully furnished bungalow available for those who just have the urge to go golfing, winter vacation or relocating to the Phoenix Area. Our house has 3 bedrooms , the master has a king bed and ensuite /the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third a twin . There is an additional bath between the second and third bedroom. All furniture in the dinning/ living room are newer, along with kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. The kitchen cabinets and granite have been updated. All flooring is tile or laminate.
The house is an easy 25 min drive from the phoenix airport, close to many shops, restaurants, golf courses, arrowhead mall, 303 freeway, surprise stadium - home of the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals, University of Phoenix stadium. We cannot accommodate cats, but will consider small non-shedding dogs.

NOTE: We are unable to rent our vacation home for less than 30 days due to our local HOA bylaws.

Great place for winter!

Awesome home with beautiful pool and hot tub. Home has everything you need for your stay. Close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and freeways. Host always answered quickly and was very helpful. Wonderful winter get away 😎

This is one of the hardest reviews I’ve ever given mostly because I truly tried to get this settle but with this system, I have to leave a review or not be able to in I believe 14 or so days. I had to leave the home after my puppy became covered with bits all over him. He jumped up from his rug with his tailed tucked, ran across the home right into the front door. I picked him up he was shaking like I’ve never seen him do. Saw the vet $200 dollars later the next day when I received the news about the bites, he was also having to be hand feed but I thought he was just getting finicky with his food, he not go near his food dish by the window in the kitchen and would stay in his kennel all curled up and not come out except to go for a walk. He had no bites on him when we moved in as just had been to the vet/groomer a couple of days before for his yearly/update shot & to be groomed. Only after we moved first night he ate his same food, never went into his kennel until it was time for bed. He totally became his old self. I do not know what kind of bugs you have in your home or what was in your home I just know my dog was bitten badly an his whole demeanor had changed and not for the good... You also stated that if the place got rented in those last days I’m asking to be refunded for you would refund my money that could not happen as you did NOT have the dates open so someone else could rent it. I’m extremely unhappy that we could not come to some agreement on a refund. I do not know how I can be expected to stay and pay for a place that truly unsafe for my puppy Marco and not safe for me as well... having the neighbors tell me about the home being surrounded by police cars they wondered what kind of tenant I was. Marco was home alone at the time... There were other issues which are in our correspondence The emotional drain and stress that this caused has taken a toll on me... I'm just starting to feel better and as stated before wish we could have resolved this matter.

Better than advertise

This property and location where perfect for our family needs while visiting our daughter and new Grandson. Gerry and Deb where gracious hosts and great comunicators . This home is well cared for with scheduled pool & lawn care services along with trash pick up and is centrally located for dining out and shopping. We would Highly recommend this home for your extended stay in the Surprise AZ Mark and Paula

Excellent vacation home!!!

This home exceeded our expectations...it was very nice, clean, and well-stocked. The king bed and all furniture was cozy and inviting. The private backyard, pool, and hot tub were beautiful. It's in a nice neighborhood, has a great dog park area, and is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Gerry and Deb we're excellent hosts! We experienced no problems, and would highly recommend this home!

Convenient, clean and private.

This was our 2nd year to rent this property. Gerry & Deb are excellent to work with and always available to answer any questions. This home is easy and conveniently located for all your sightseeing and adventures. The house is always clean and well maintained. One of our favorite spots is the back patio pool and spa area. It's peaceful for relaxing and private with the cement block wall around it. Our stay was once again January, February and March 2017.

Love Pinehollow

Everything about the house was very comfortable & it is conveniently located for all our exploring & adventures. It was clean, updated & a recently remodeled modern kitchen. We enjoyed the patio with the pool & we used the hot tub often. We walked the neighborhood often & found the neighbors to be extremely friendly & helpful. The owners were extremely welcoming & eager to make our winter stay as pleasant as possible. We totally enjoyed our stay & are looking forward to our return in 2017.

The home was just as pictured. The whole property including pool was well maintained and comfortable

We reserved the home for 2 months and ended up staying 5 while waiting for a new house to be built. The owners were very cooperative and responded within hours to our requests (extending stay or minor questions). We were there during the hot summer and were in and around the pool most days. It's clean and inviting! The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The green belt area is just around the corner and we walked the neighborhood frequently. We were somewhat familiar with the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, but found this home to be well located. Lots of shopping of all types close by and easy hops to Scottsdale or Phoenix. The master bed was super comfortable and appliances and kitchen newly updated. We would not hesitate to recommend this home to friends or others looking for a place to stay in the Phoenix area.

2015 Winter Getaway

This home is in an excellent location within Phoenix. It has a beautiful pool and hot tub. The new kitchen is well appointed. The home is clean and well cared for. We enjoyed our winter stay here. The owners were very easy to work with and responded promptly to any questions we had. No problems or issues were noted during our stay. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Just what we were lookin for!

The pictures accurately reflect the property. The owners were very easy to work with. For the price of a decent 2-week hotel stay we received even more value by getting a very nice and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood that was close to shopping and the Surprise Ballpark.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were very comfortable, your home was set up with everything we required for a move-in holiday and when we arrived we just unpacked bags and relaxed after a 3 day drive down. Nice!! Location is central to shopping and several golf courses within a 15 min drive, very convenient. Pool and spa were well maintained and very clean. We used the BBQ from day 1, and even got into the pool before we left, even though it wasn't heated.
