A 60m² terrace with: lounge, snooker table, barbecue grill, beer freezer (capacity 100 tins, keeps the temperature under 0̊C) all in front of a beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a small waterfall.

Casa excelente, só tivemos um problema com a piscina e por conta disso ficamos 1 dia sem poder utiliza-la. Cristiano responde rápido as mensagens.

Excelente lugar

O local é agradável, a praia maravilhosa A casa é confortável e estava limpa e organizada. Tudo funcionava . Os apetrechos de cozinha, copos, talheres merecem mais cuidado. Acredito que se tivesse mais cuidado com essa parte, as pessoas cuidariam mais. A casa é velha, mas confortável. Pena que o tempo não ajudou muito.

Semana Feb 2020 en Maloquinha

A casa é linda, grande, perto da praia. O processo de check-in foi feito perfeitamente (com apenas uma desvantagem de que a limpeza anterior deixou todos os pisos da casa muito úmidos e tivemos que secar para entrar). A única desvantagem da casa é que ser uma casa para 20 pessoas (éramos 11 pessoas) tem apenas uma mesa para 8. Dissemos isso ao nosso contato, mas não nos deu solução (nas fotos do anúncio apareceu uma segunda tabela que não era presente). A casa tem uma bela piscina na entrada. O ponto baixo da administração é que eles não deram manutenção à piscina e a água fico ruin nos últimos 4 dias e não pôde ser usada (choveu 2 dias e pouco cloro foi adicionado para compensar). De qualquer forma, passamos alguns dias maravilhosos em casa, é confortável e muito perto da bela praia de Itamambuca.

Tudo que foi proposto no anúncio estava de acordo na casa, o Eliel foi muito atencioso, recomendo com certeza. Só um detalhe um Wi-fi seria muito bem vindo.

Estadia 5 estrelas!

Casa extremamente confortável, bonita, bem equipada e bem localizada! As fotos não são em desacordo com a realidade, faz muito jus ao que é proposto e na minha opnião....ainda melhor pessoalmente! Eu e meus convidados ficamos apaixonados pela casa, isso que nossos dias por lá foram em grande parte chuvosos, mas com uma casa assim, nem fez diferença e estivemos muito confortáveis e aproveitamos muito! Proprietário e seu funcionário são extremamente gentis e disposto o que para mim faz muita diferença! Gratidão por partilhar esse paraíso e em breve estarei de volta com certeza !

Pretty good

Considering this is a beach rental, the house was clean when we arrived. Bathrooms were a little tired, but the showers all produced nice hot water. The map location on homeaway is pretty accurate. The owner was very responsive to questions via email. I liked the layout of the house- all 4 bedrooms connect to the main hallway. One bedroom has en suite bathroom, and two other bathrooms. Also a bonus bathroom sink in the hallway. Upstairs loft has sleeping for up to another 4-5 persons. However, I blocked the stairs up to the loft bc it would be very easy for young children playing on the couch to topple over the rail and fall 13 feet onto a hard floor. We enjoyed the outdoor space. The pool was bigger than we expected with one deep side (5 feet) and shallow side with bench seats. The pool is not heated. The large covered area was perfect for adults to relax and watch the kids in the pool, even when raining. The outside bathroom was handy given the amount of time we spent in the pool. The outdoor shower also was handy after trips to the beach. Pool table and hammock were additional bonuses. I did a lot of research, and I feel like the house offers a lot for the price. Here are some things you should know... the neighborhood has a guard post at the entrance, but access is not controlled (any vehicle can enter the neighborhood). Securing the house when we went out was a challenge, as some of the shutter doors can easily be pulled open even when locked. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded, but has no services (no kiosks offering food drink, chairs, umbrellas, etc). The waves are rough, but similar to many other popular beaches in the area. There is no WiFi and no AC, but all sleeping areas have a ceiling fan (fan in one room not functioning). Owner provides sheets and towels, but no toilet paper. Kitchen has all the tools needed, an oven, and a 5 or 6 burner cooktop. There is a small supermarket, as well as a handful of small shops and restaurants. Beyond that, the next closest options require a 20 min drive to Ubatuba. There are large cockroaches that come out at night, including the bedrooms... we bought poison spray and went hunting on the second night. Lastly, I was quite surprised to see that mosquitos were not a problem at all.

Decepção total

A casa está abandonada , os banheiros não funcionam , bacia solta um perigo , goteira em vários lugares , utensílios ultrapassados e sujos , o dvd não aguenta passar um filme , tv sem controle e sem volume, péssima iluminação externa , casa cheia de formigas, a grama já tinha virado mato. E o pior é a higiene , parece que a casa não é lavada a um ano. Reclamei com o proprietário e fui ignorado. O meu conforto é poder manifestar minha insatisfação e alertar outros que possam achar que esta casa é uma boa opção

delicia de viagem

Estive com minha família no último fds, e passamos 4 dias maravilhosos! Casa exatamente como descreve anúncio, muito aconchegante, área da churrasqueira, piscina, quartos acomodou a todos muito bem! Tinha todos os utensílios de cozinha (só sentimos faltas de vasilhas/potes para guardar comida, tipo salada, porções). Muito próximo a praia, e próximo a duas outras praias maravilhosas! dentro do condomínio tem tudo, padaria, adega, mercado! Super indico!!!

Fds Delícia na Maloquinha!

Casa ao lado da praia, bem aconchegante, com área de laser deliciosa!! Todo o espaço externo é bem integrado, conectando churrasqueira, piscina, sinuca e "sala de estar" externa e jardim. Cozinha equipada com todos os utensílios necessários. E pronto atendimento do Cristiano e Fernando Caseiro, em todos os momentos solicitados!! Adoramos e voltaremos com certeza!

Incrivelmente maravilhosa

Excelente!

A casa é exatamente como está nas fotos, é maravilhosa, muito bem cuidada, um jardim lindo! Os quartos são bons e os banheiros também! A sala de TV é perfeita, possui livros, revistas e filmes. A mesa de sinuca faz o maior sucesso, e realmente é muito perto da praia, do portão ouve-se o som do mar. O proprietário Cristiano é bem atencioso, educado e sempre me atendeu prontamente. Na casa, o Fernando nos auxiliou no que foi necessário e limpou a piscina todos os dias. Itamambuca é um paraíso, tem mercado, padaria, restaurantes com bons preços enfim, é um condomínio lindo e de paz! Com toda certeza voltaremos. Só precisa aumentar a quantidade de Varal, pois com muita gente, falta espaço para pendurar as toalhas.

Muito bom!

A casa é linda, bem localizada, a área de lazer é bem equipada e ambientes bem distribuidos, todos se divertiram. Fui com a minha família tivemos um ótimo fim de semana no local. Boas acomodações e estrutura, tudo bem organizado.
