Appartement idéalement situé au cœur de la ville, à proximité de la mer, parfaitement équipé, et décoré avec beaucoup de goût.

Gute Wohnung mit Abstrichen
Die Wohnung liegt wie beschrieben sehr zentral und ist gut ausgestattet. Natürlich nimmt man bei einer zentralen Lage auch Geräusche in Kauf. Die Wohnung liegt aber direkt über einem Lokal, dass bis 2 Uhr nachts auf ist und eine große Aussenterrasse hat, beide Schlafzimmer gehen zu dieser Terasse, leider ist da an Lüften nicht zu denken. Auch deshalb nicht, weil leider keines der Fenster über ein Fliegengitter verfügt und wir jede Nacht Stechmücken hatten. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, nur mobile Ventilatoren. Bei einem haben wir um Reparatur gebeten, da er sich nicht regulieren liess, leider ist der Handwerker nie aufgetaucht. Biarritz ist eine tolle Stadt, wir werden sicher wiederkommen, aber dann in eine andere Unterkunft.

Top Unterkunft mit Nachteilen
Eine Top ausgestattete Wohnung über einer sehr belebten Bar (bis 2 Uhr !) und einer Straße? an der die Motorräder / Autis gerne nochmal richtig aufdrehen. Eine Klimaanlage haben wir vermisst und die Lüfter funktionierten nur auf einer Stufe. Zudem sind viele Stecher unterwegs.

Juste un manque sécurité, parce la porte de l'immeuble n'était pas fonctionnelle et les fenêtres des balcon ne fermé pas très bien, étant un immeuble de centre ville su une place très fréquenté, c'était moyen. Sinon la literie est parfaite, la canapé était super, la cuisine et la vaisselle aussi. Il manquait peut être un rideau de douche dans salle de bain mais sinon tout était génial, on n'a même eu des chaise de plage, de quoi faire des châteaux de sables et un parasol, séjour parfait !

We komen zeker terug maarrrrrrr zorg svp voor een goeie spiegel! Er was 1 klein badkamerspiegeltje, was genoeg ruimte voor een grote spiegel en zou ook nog eens mooi staan. Voor een appartement van deze omvang en deze prijs is dat wel een must vinden we! Voor de rest, in 1 woord..... geweldig!

Nous avons passé 8 nuits dans cet appartement de Biarritz. Idéalement situé, en plein centre et à 2 pas de la plage, plein de charme, joliment décoré, très bien équipé, dans un très bel immeuble.
