Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns im gemütlichen Ferienhaus von Fam. Schumacher sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was wir für unseren Urlaub benötigten. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Spielplatz, der von unseren Kindern ausgiebig genutz wurde. Wir haben von hier alle geplanten Ziele wie Burg Eltz und Koblenz gut erreicht und auch die tollen Museen und Erlebnisswelten von Mayen angeschaut. Auch das Freibad in Mayen war super zu erreichen und ein Highlight für unsere Kinder. Wir kommen gerne wieder! genutz wurde.

Gemütliches Häuschen im Nitztal

Kleines feines Häuschen in Nitztal. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Für 4 Personen ein super Ferienhaus. Der Ablauf war reibungslos! Absolut empfehlenswert👍

Wirklich schön

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war wirklich Sauber und die Lage Ist genial. Ein schnuckeliges kleines Häuschen. Wenn wir wieder in Gegend kommen, buchen wir gerne wieder dieses Haus.

Sauberkeit Top und gut gepflegt

Sehr sauber und zum Wohlfühlen. Von Anfang an ein sicheres und gutes Gefühl, dank guter Kommunikation. Wirklich alles war für den Preis incl. (BETTWÄSCHE UND HANDTÜCHER). Das Haus reicht vollkommen aus um sich nach einem schönen Ausflugstag heimisch zu fühlen. Ja, es ist zwar nicht neuester Baustandart, ABER PREISLEISTUNG UNSCHLAGBAR! Für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Hunden und 4 köpfiger Familie empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung

Einfach schön.. Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl,die kleinen Süßigkeiten und der Sekt waren ein herzliches Willkommen. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar, leider hatten wir nicht genug Zeit um mehr zu sehen. Ich hätte es noch schön gefunden wenn man sich kurz kennen gelernt hätte. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft und alles Gute.

Urlaub mit Hund

Das Häuschen ist für einen Urlaub mit Hund super, einziges Manko für den Hund: die enge Wendeltreppe zu den Schlafzimmern... Unsere Belgische Schäferhündin ist zwar hoch gekommen, aber alleine runter hat sie sich nicht getraut. Mussten sie also runter tragen, was anhand von Größe und Gewicht eine echte Herausforderung war. Leider stehen auch nirgendwo zum Haus gehörige Mülltonnen, sodass wir den getrennten Müll bis Urlaubsende in der Küche stehen hatten, was zum Glück nur eine Woche war, wer jedoch länger dort ist, sollte explizit noch einmal zu diesem Thema Kontakt mit der Vermieterin aufnehmen. Das Haus am Ende besenrein zu verlassen gestaltet sich ebenfalls schwierig, wenn das nötige Gerät nicht funktioniert (der Besenstil passt nicht wirklich in den Feger). Zudem war es ein wenig staubig, in allen erdenklichen Ecken waren Spinnen zu finden, haben sie aber ihr Leben weiterleben lassen ;-) Was noch zu erwähnen ist: der Kühlschrank mit Eisfach war komplett abgeschaltet, sodass man am ersten Tag zumindest nichts Gefrorenes einkaufen sollte und auf Gekühltes verzichten muss. Aber alles in allem ist es eine sehr nette Unterkunft, man fühlt sich mit Hund herzlich willkommen. Der Ort ist für geübte Wanderer perfekt, für unsere Woche war er auch okay, aber länger so weit ab vom Schuss zu sein (nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist erst Mayen), wäre für unsere Ansprüche zu lange. Die Umgebung ist super toll. Die Stille und Einsamkeit zur Erholung perfekt :-)

Schöne Unterkunft, liebevoll gestaltet, großzügig ausgestattet, ruhig, herzliches Willkommen! Gerne wieder. Einziger "Wehrmutstropfen": Die Wendeltreppe ist sehr eng- für Hunde eher nicht geeignet (Hund muss man dann halt tragen ;) )

Kurzurlaub

Uns hat die Zimmeraufteilung in dem Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen (2 Kinder, 19 und 16). Direkt vor der Haustür waren Wanderwege, man konnte direkt loslegen.
