The house was completely renovated in 2020 with a lot of work and love and now shines in new splendour. The 56sqm living space is divided into bedroom and living room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a "Wintergarten" with sea views. Next to the house is a terrace with a small outdoor kitchen and lounge furniture. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a 160cm wide bed. The kitchen is modern and perfectly equipped for cooking. The house is lovingly furnished. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk away.

Traumhaftes Häuschen mit Meerblick und fußläufig zum Strand
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem wunderbaren Haus von Gabi Schumacher sehr genossen und uns hat es dort ausgezeichnet gut gefallen. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert worden. Die Boden- und Terrassenfliesen sind wunderbar ausgesucht worden, das Badezimmer mit der ebenerdigen Dusche ist mordern eingerichtet , die toll ausgestattete Küche, der stylische Kühlschrank, das Schlafzimmer mit tollen und hochwertigen Matratzen und Kissen, die stivollen Accessoires und Dekoelemente tragen dazu bei, dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll. Der unverbaute Blick von der Terrasse aus auf das Meer ist traumhaft und man kann abends bei einem Glas Wein wunderbar diesen schönen Ausblick genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe sind feinsandig und ebenfalls top! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war absolut freundlich und völlig problemlos. Fazit: Uns hat es sensationell gut gefallen und wir können dieses Schmuckstück uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung in Le Lavandou
Unser Aufenthalt in Le Lavandou war sehr schön und erholsam. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Einfach ein Bijou. Die sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, die schöne Terrasse und den gemütlichen Wintergarten mit Sicht auf das Meer haben wir genossen. Vielen Dank an die Vermierin Gabi Schuhmacher

Wohlfühloase mit Meerblick
Das renovierte kleine Haus in Aiguebelle bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders der Wintergarten und die kleine Terrasse mit unverbautem Blick aufs Mittelmeer laden zum Verweilen ein. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit tragen zum Wohlfühlen bei. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war jederzeit möglich.

Perfect holiday home for two
This petite villa blanche is a perfect holiday home for two. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. We spent most of our time in the winter garden or sitting under the elegant sun shade on the terrace, allowing our minds to drift out over the view to the sea. The area has lots to offer. We enjoyed walking around the Marina and eating at the great seafood restaurants in nearby Le Lavandou plus, if you have a car, there are many beautiful spots to explore just inland from the coast. Gabi is a fantastic host with great communication and made us feel very welcome. We hope to stay again one day soon.

petit nid d’amour avec vue incroyable
nous avons séjourné dans la petite maison de Gabi , parfaitement équipée idéale pour 2. la climatisation dans la chambre était la bienvenue avec ses fortes chaleurs , nous avons apprécié de dîner sur la terrasse bien aérée . la plage est à 300 mètres à pied. je recommande vivement ce lieu charmant en tous les cas je l’ai mis dans mes favoris

Unser Urlaub im Juli /August 2022
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen ist wirklich sehr schön und hat Charme. Die Klimaanlage und das Badezimmer mit der großen ebenerdigen Dusche gestaltet den Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr angenehm. Auch im Wintergarten sowie auf der wunderschönen Terrasse konnte man prima Frühstücken und gemütlich was trinken. Das haben wir fast jeden Abend gemacht und auch genossen. Insbesondere der unbeschreibliche Blick aufs Meer lässt Sehnsüchte aufkommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Personen geeignet. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet und hier fehlt es an Nichts. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder. Andreas und Margret aus Aachen

Das Apartment ist modern, stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, hat eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Meerblick und lädt abends zum Sundowner ein. Es ist rundum für alles gesorgt, lediglich für den Weg zum Bäcker bzw. zum Einkaufszentrum benötigt man einen PKW. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und auch mit der Vermieterin waren wir in einem sehr guten Austausch. Jederzeit wieder!

Außergewöhnliches Häuschen mit tollem Meerblick - Entspannung pur!
Sehr schönes, komplett neu renoviertes, geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus mit allem, was man für einen komfortablen und entspannten Urlaub zu zweit braucht. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, mit tollem Blick auf Natur und Meer von Terrasse und Wintergarten aus. Die nächstgelegene Bucht mit schönem Sandstrand ist bequem in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, weitere tolle Buchten mit Felsen und Sandstränden können nach ca. 15 Minuten Spaziergang entdeckt werden. Der Küstenradweg verläuft etwas unterhalb der Wohnung, deshalb auch ideal zum Radfahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Kontakt mit Frau Schumacher war sehr nett und unkompliziert, alle Wünsche wurden sofort berücksichtigt.
