Apt 26 rez de chaussée
L'emplacement de l'immeuble a 200 m de la plage est super (5 km de St. Tropez). Le complexe à l'air vieillot, pas très bien entretenu (nr de places de parc à peine visibles, des matériaux de construction et des équipements un peu partout dans le jardin, etc.). A l'arrivée, une odeur assez prononcé vous attend, avec beaucoup d'aération c'est vivable pour un weekend mais pas plus. Bordel devant la terrasse, propreté des intérieurs à la limite de l'acceptable, meubles et sol abimes, déchirés.

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, mais pas mal de petits soucis qui au vu du prix de la location ne passent pas. Problème pour trouver et garder sa place de parking.... ménage inexistant (pourtant période Covid), sol, vaisselle, étagères, placards SDB très sales, de l'eau qui coulent des appartement du haut (condensation des clims) sur le bord de la baie vitrée et intérieur quand celle ci est ouvert et coule aussi sur la terrasse, donc plein de flaques d'eau en permanence. problème de TV

On a été très déçu, la télé que la 1ere, la terrasse innondee ts les jours par la clim du voisin du dessus, un rideau de pluie devant la baie vitrée. Vaisselle à revoir, en vacances nous avons besoin du minimum, arrivée les pieds ds l eau frigo décongelé et eau dans le salon, sans lavette pour ressuyer. Douche qui ne tiens pas, salon potable, à part télé, nous avons essayer de passer des bonnes vacances, mais pour l instant je ne passerez plus par vous pour passer mes vacances, il serait nécessaire de voir les appartements de temps en temps pour savoir ce que vous mettez en location....
