Vrbo #515379. This personal unit will enhance your memories to last as lifetime! This unit is furnished with luxury and relaxation in mind. The view is stunning from East to West!! The decor is both luxury and beach. As you walk around the unit you will never forget you are at the beach and you are on vacation. Jacuzzi tub in both bathrooms, with two King size bedrooms, Sleeper sofa and pullout twin King Chair. Large TV in Living room with hundreds of channels, flat screens in both bedrooms and a desk Computer for your use. Large new leather recliner! The Kitchen is well equipped to enjoy cooking just like at home. Keurig coffee maker, 25 lbs of the (good) ice under counter ice machine. Has breakfast bar with 4 chairs allows conversation while cooking, new under counter lighting and glass back splash. Newly painted soft and beach colors. The deck is open to the East so you can get that morning sun while you sit in the rocking chair or outside table. New inlay tile on Deck. If you are not on Deck you will be in spacious comfortable living area enjoying wrap around view of ocean and décor. Front desk check in just drive up to 3rd floor to get keys and packet. Oh! Travel Basball Trip

We had a great stay here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our baseball team with indoor/outdoor pool, easy access to the beach, easy check-in and restaurants close by. Joe is great!

The absolute best place to stay!

My family and I just returned from our stay and I truly can’t stress enough how wonderful everything was. Everything exceeded all of our expectations. The owner, Joe, and his Property Manager, Christy, were so kind and very attentive from the moment we booked our reservation. They made sure we had all of the information we needed to make our arrival easy. The process of getting our parking passes upon arrival was a breeze, the staff was very kind and helpful. Parking was easy and there were plenty of carts available to unload/load all of our belongings. The elevators moved quickly and never had a long wait. The condo was so beautiful and clean! Joe has everything you could possibly need to make your stay fun and comfortable. Everyone in our party commented on how great they slept because the beds and linens were so comfortable. The views are absolutely beautiful from inside the condo to outside on the balcony! Even though you’re on the 12th floor, it’s so quick and easy to get to the pool and beach. The pool area is fantastic, very clean. Our children enjoyed it for hours. The location of Escapes! To The Shores is perfect. There are so many great restaurants, shops, and fun things for kids near by. I honestly have zero complaints about our stay, it was really that great. We will most certainly be back!

The Best

I have rented condos all over the world for business and personal travel. Typically a rental condo is much less impressive in person than in the beautiful photos in a listing. At least that’s been my experience. Having said that, I just completed a stay at this condo and it met or exceeded my expectations in every way. Joe is a great host and this condo is exceptional. The pre-arrival communications were very helpful and the check-out was simple. Orange Beach is a special place and this condo made it even better. I will rent from Joe anytime he has a condo in an area that I want to visit. Thanks for being a great host Joe!!

Great place for a great price.

This was our 5th year going to Orange Beach. This condo is by far the best one we've stayed at. It's packed full of amenities and also very spacious. We will definitley be looking to stay at one of Joe's properties again next year.

Great Time

Orange Beach is always a blast! Have stayed at Escape to the Shores twice now, and will continue to book my condos at their facility! Beautiful rooms and views, as well as perfect indoor and outdoor pools for the kiddos! Only downfall is the tight spots within the parking garage.

Beautiful and Clean condo with a Gorgeous View

Our 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo at Escapes was extremely clean and beautiful! The furniture was nice and comfortable and the showers were amazing!! We also loved sitting on the high top stools on the balcony to eat Lunch and late at night to see the beautiful view of the ocean and the beach!! The condo is in a great location and it also has nice pools and grill area! Joe is also extremely nice and easy to reach if there is a problem or concerns! Will definitely rent this condo again!!

More than expected

The pictures listed do not depict the condo to it's fullest. It's much larger and spacious in person. The patio is bigger as well. There are incredible views from inside and from the patio. There are plenty of pillows and linens. The beds and the couches are comfortable. We felt right at home. We didn’t need anything. Joe thoroughly thought all of your needs through and is very easy to chat with. We will definitely be back.

First time in Orange Beach and it was spectacular! The views are amazing from the condo. Saw sunrises, sunsets, dolphins and stingray's from the balcony. Amazing views!

This spacious condo was the perfect place for our group. The bedrooms both have bathrooms, so each couple had their own suite. The large balcony and living room have plenty of seating so we had room for friends to visit. The condo was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed and let me just tell you how awesome that ice maker is! Wow! Joe is a great host and we hope to stay here again very soon!

Fully equipped!!

My family was staying at a different condo in the building for the week, and we decided to extend our stay by one night. Our unit was not available for the extra night, but we booked Joe's 1201 condo last minute and it worked out great! This place is fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing beach vacation. Joe was great to work with; we have three little ones, and will probably look at one of his larger properties for our next stay. Views are amazing!

Amazing condo!

Communication with Joe was phenomenal. He was quick to respond to any correspondence and even called at the end of our stay just to see how it was. This condo is so much bigger and nicer than it looks in the pictures. Everything you could possibly need was there. The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms very spacious and nice, new sectional in living room was great, and outdoor furniture was perfect! I would highly recommend getting up every morning for sunrise. The balcony has a picture perfect view. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Very nice and roomy condo on the beach in a great location at Orange Beach. The condo deck facing the beach was roomy too with plenty of seating. Kitchen was very functional and it had everything you need to cook meals. The owner was great to ask questions and his communication was very good
