Lovely stay. Good location. Nice pool.

Nice villa. Lovely pool. Stayed for 3 nights while heading up from Malaga to the U.K. Good location for beach and supermarkets.

Hemos ido una semana de vacaciones y no está mal el sitio. Aunque nuestra prioridad no es la tv, hizo un día frío y al encenderla no había canales en español. Es una zona con mucho aire

Une vue splendide

Très belle maison, merveilleusement bien située avec une superbe vue à couper le souffle. La maison est bien équipée et propre. Les enfants se sont éclatés dans la piscine. Merci Georg .

Toller Urlaub im Traumhäuschen

Wir haben im Juni 2019 das Privileg genossen, in diesem wunderschönen kleinen Häuschen bei Pedrequer in der Nähe von Dénia unseren Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen. Der Kontakt vorab mit dem Vermieter war überaus nett. Die Sonne Spaniens hat auf uns herabgelächelt, was uns zum ausgiebigen Gebrauch des Pools und zum Entspannen auf der Terrasse veranlasst hat. Auch im Haus ist alles was man braucht und wir haben nichts vermisst. Dénia ist mehr als einen Besuch wert, genauso wie die Städte Alicante und Valencia, die von dort gut zu erreichen sind. Für Valencia am besten mehrere Besuche einplanen. Zum Wandern war es uns jetzt doch zu heiß, aber wir haben die gute Küche und die Weine der Umgebung sehr genossen.

Wonderful stay close to the Montgo area

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Communication with the owner Georg and the check in and check out process handled by Christina and Detlef were extremely smooth and without any problems. The property was very clean and is located just outside of Pedreguer, very close to everything. The pool and the view are simply stunning, and the property felt very safe. Furniture and kitchen utensils are basic but everything needed was provided and clean. One thing to note is that the property does not have WiFi so make sure you either have a mobile data plan or don't need an internet connection. There was a cleaning fee of 130 Euro which was not included in the VRBO quote so make sure to maybe check with the owner before booking. The owner offered to pay half of the fee which we appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the property and would definitely recommend it, especially given the view and proximity to everything.

Lovely Villa with a view

Wonderful holiday, peaceful and relaxing with a lovely view. The amenities are all that you could want. Pool amazing. George and his wife seem really nice people and very helpful. We hope to be able to spend another holiday there.

Very lovely!

Really lovely place. We came for a climbing holiday and found the location perfect for all our day trips to different climbing areas. Tremendous view! Definitely will return!

Traumhaftes Haus in toller Umgebung

In der Zeit vom 29.08. - 13.09.2010 hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in einem super Häusschen in Mitten einer wunderschönen, bergigen Landschaft. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Neben dem tollen Außenpool haben wir so machen lauen Abend bei der einen oder anderen Flasche Rioja auf der Veranda genoßen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Sehnswürdigkeiten die uns auch von den liebenswürdigen Hausgeistern von nebenan (Lynn&Lawrence d. Red.) empfohlen wurden. Neben dem einen oder anderen Restaurant in der Nähe (Empfehlung im Haus vorhanden), ist auch ein Grillabend mit frischer und sehr günstiger Seafood durchaus nicht zu verachten. Alles in Allem ist dieses traumhaft gelegene Haus eine Reise wert. WIR KOMMEN WIEDER!!!!

Traumurlaub im Taumhäuschen

Es ist wie in der Überschrift beschwärmt. Man kann für sich sein, aber ist auch in wenigen Minuten am Nabel der Costa Blanca zum Schoppen, Essen, Baden..... oder nur zum Spanien genießen. Im Haus ist alles was man so braucht, ein ganz liebes Englisches Nachbar Ehepaar steht gerne mit Rat und Tat parat. Was uns am besten gefallen hat ist die Tatsache, dass das Haus am Rand der Siedlung steht und nicht mitten drin!!! und natürlich die tolle Aussicht über den Traumhaft sauberen Pool auf die Berge. Ich 45 Jahre habe meine Eltern (76 und 80 Jahreund etwas gebrechlich) in diesem Jahr in ein Land verschleppt wo sie noch nie im Leben waren und mit dem sie bis jetzt auch nichts anfangen konnten und Skepsis pur.... was soll ich sagen es war ein absoluter Traumurlaub! Wir freuen uns schon auf 2012!!!

Super Urlaub zum entspannen!!!!!!!

Wir waren vom 24.06-08.07.2011 dort und es hat uns super gut gefallen. Der Vermieter ist super nett. Der Hausverwalter ist auch supi. Wir waren 5Personen und unseren Kids hat es auch super gefallen. Ein Ort der Entspannung und des Wohlfühlens. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und man kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter

Super schöner FamilienPfingstUrlaub

Wir hatten einen super schönen Pfingsturlaub 2010 am Monte Solana. Wir waren für 14 Tage im Haus. Die Lage ist gigantisch und atemberaubend schön. Das Haus ist zwecksmäßig ausgestattet und ideal für max. 4 Personen. 5 sind mit der Schlafcoach möglich. Der Pool, im Hintergrund die Bergwerlt, ist ein Augenschmaus. Predeguer ist ein Ort für den zweiten Blick. Es gibt viele kleine Tapasbar, echt herrlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter ist ein Supertyp, so etwas erlebt man eher selten.
