Schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schön .... Die Wohnung hat alles was man brauch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Viele kleine Extra. Die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Eine hervorragende Kombination bei der Ankunft. Rundherum ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern im Alter von 9 und 11 Jahren, können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden selbst wieder buchen. Auch mit 5 Personen ist man dort gut untergebracht, mit 6 Personen wäre es uns persönlich zu eng. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, an denen man merkt, dass diese Unterkunft nicht von Privat genutzt und weitervermietet wird. Das ist aber nichts, was nicht mit kleinem Aufwand behoben werden kann. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort war problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Zum Anfang möchte ich sagen, dass wir (2 Erwachsene) in der Unterkunft einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht haben. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Aufgrund der Lage des Objektes war es gut, über den gesamten Zeitraum einen Mietwagen zur Verfügung gehabt zu haben. So waren die Einkäufe sowie die Strandbesuche kein Problem (wäre ansonsten doch ein ordentlicher Fußmarsch). Geschirr sowie Besteck könnten mal ergänzt/erneuert werden. Der eigene Pool war echt klasse, leider funktionierte die Beleuchtung nicht. Wäre abends für die Stimmung nicht schlecht gewesen, für uns aber kein Grund, hier jetzt zu meckern. Man hat sich bemüht, den Schaden zu beheben (leider ohne Erfolg, da ein Trafo defekt war). An den Badezimmern sowie den Schlafzimmern (Betten) ist nichts auszusetzen. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft empfehlen, wobei sie in meinen Augen für 6 Personen zu klein ist. Mit mehr als 4 erwachsenen Personen würde ich nicht anreisen. Ich möchte hier noch einmal anmerken, dass die Unterkunft etwas ausserhalb liegt, hat aber den Vorteil, dass es doch ruhig ist. Man sollte für sich eben abwägen, was bzw. wie man seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte. MfG

Super Vacances passées en famille. Maison très agréable et bien équipée. Gérant bien disponible en cas de besoin. Dommage que la piscine chauffée soit en option et que ça ne soit pas précisé dans l'annonce...

Appartamento molto bello e ben arredato completo di tutti i comfort. Piscina di pertinenza esclusiva dell'appartamento non riscaldata e non sempre utilizzabile per il clima ventoso. Molto.disponibile la proprietaria.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Sauberkeitsmängeln

Die Kommunikation war vor und während des Aufenthaltes sehr gut und unkompliziert. Der Check-in und Check-out war zeitlich sehr flexibel und es wurde auf unseren Wunsch zum früheren Check-in eingegangen. Probleme bei der Anreise (defekte Poolabdeckung und fehlende Bettdecken) wurden umgehend gelöst. Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit. Leider mussten wir im Wohn- und Essbereich viel Zeit investieren um diesen zu reinigen da wir unter anderem viel Staub, Essensreste auf dem Boden vom Vormieter und Dreck auf dem Geschirr vorgefunden hatten. Auch im Außenbereich haben wir Zigaretten im Blumenbeet entfernen müssen. Insgesamt hat uns dies 4 Stunden gekostet. Leider wurde auf diese Kritik kein Bezug genommen, sodass wir es als sehr negative Erfahrung hinnehmen mussten. Die Unterkunft ist mir hochwertigen Materialien und Möbeln ausgestattet und für 6 Personen, davon zwei Kindern ausreichend groß. Der Pool hat uns allen viel Freude bereitet und auch die Poolheizung hat gut funktioniert. Die angelegten Blumenbeete könnten mehr Pflege vertragen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig jedoch auch etwas karg (Baugruben direkt nebenan) - was uns nicht nicht sehr gestört hat, da wir die Unterkunft durch eine Mauer von Ein- und Ausblick geschützt ist. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist super. Das Internet war sehr stabil und die Fernseher verfügen über deutsche Programme.

Eine schöne Woche

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Casa VIP - die Betreuung auch vor Ort war gut (kleinere Mängel wurden direkt behoben). Zwei kleine Anmerkungen - die 4 Liegestühle sollten ausgetauscht werden da Streben gebrochen; der Geschirrspüler spült nicht so sauber, so dass Geschirr nachgespült werden muss. Wir haben uns aber sauwohl gefühlt. 4-5 Sterne von 5
