Excelente Ap para alugar

Excelente ap para passar suas férias.. local muito bom.. próximo aos comércio e quase beira mar! Fui com minha família e gostamos bastante.. garagem fechada com portão eletrônico.. sem falar na gentileza da proprietária D. Suely com nos atendeu de forma prática e rápida nas respostas! Quando estiver lá, aproveite e visite o Acquamania parque aquático somente há 20 min de carro do local! QUER ALUGAR BEM E BARATO E AINDA DESFRUTAR DE ACONCHEGO E BELEZA DO LOCAL? D. Suely a melhor opção!

Ótimo apartamento!!

O imóvel atendeu as minhas expectativas. Aconchegante e bem localizado. Indico para aqueles que assim como eu são exigentes com o local e os detalhes. Tivemos um contratempo com o ar condicionado, mas nada que atrapalhasse ou incomodasse a estadia, visto ter ventiladores nos cômodos. Parabéns a Dna. Sueli pela atenção, educação e disposição em atender-nos e Dna. Edilia pela excelente limpeza e educação. Espero retornar em breve.

Conforto e requinte

Eu e minha família gostamos muito, pois é um local tranquilo e próximo da praia têm vários comércios no local. Estava tudo conforme o combinado e a proprietária do imóvel é muito educada e atenciosa. Eu indico para quem estiver procurando um imóvel para ficar em Guarapari.

Apartamento confortável, perto da praia, ótimo

O anúncio descrevia informações precisas do imóvel. O imóvel estava limpo e todos os utensílios em perfeitas condições de uso. A proprietária D.Sueli foi muito gentil e atenciosa, obrigado. Recomendo o imóvel aos meus amigos e a todos que querem passar dias agradáveis em um apartamento confortável, que conta com ar condicionado nos dois quartos. O imóvel é bem localizado, perto da praia, shopping, supermercado, farmácia, padaria, etc As chaves foram entregues pela D.Edília, também muito gentil e atenciosa, obrigado.
