Traumhaus mit Wermutstropfen, Juni 2024

Ein Traum dieses einzigartige Strand Hus direkt am Meer. Die Lage ist 1a und geht meines Erachtens nicht besser. Direkt am am Meer, nur durch wenige Stufen vom Strand getrennt. Ein fantastischer Meerblick aus jedem Raum. Einfach unbeschreiblich schön und auch einzigartig, da es sich um das Eckhaus der Kette von Strandhäusern in Olpenitz handelt. Ein echtes Juwel dieses Strand Hus. Und auch der Service ist erstklassig. Freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend. Egal ob Buchung oder Vor-Ort, hier sind Menschen die das was sie tun lieben und für ihre Gäste alles möglich machen was machbar ist. Wermutstropfen Ausstattung: Das ein entsprechendes 1a Objekt mit 1a Service über eine so mäßige Ausstattung verfügt ist einfach nur traurig. Das Objekt verfügt noch nicht mal über Wlan. Viel zu wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten in der Küche, einen sehr kleinen Tisch (Sitzplatz für max. 4 Personen) im Außenbereich und der Wohnbereich ist sowohl im Erdgeschoss (mit einem Fernseher der winzig ist und auf den man eigentlich von keinem Sitzplatz wirklich schauen kann) wie auch im Saunabereich im Dachgeschoss (in dem einfach unmotiviert vier Korbstühle um einen kleinen Couchtisch stehen) einer solch fantastischen Immobilie unwürdig. Da außer der Ausstattung dieses Ferienhaus für uns als Familie einfach einzigartig ist werden wir im August direkt wieder kommen. Und uns wurde zugesichert dass das Strand Hus bis dahin mit Wlan ausgestattet ist. Und wer weiß, vielleicht geht ja noch mehr. Die einzigartige Immobilie hätte es verdient.

Erholsamer Urlaub eine Woche im Juni 2022

Wir waren das zweite Mal im ORO, diesmal auch wieder mit dieser Agentur. Erwähnen muss man einfach, das der Buchungsprozeß sehr freundlich mit direktem telefonischen Kontakt nach der Buchung, stattfindet. Man wird immer informiert was gerade zu welcher Zeit passiert. Die Agentur scheint den Gästeservice personell ausgetauscht zu haben, dies war eine gute Entscheidung, die Dame von letztem Jahr war uns nicht sympathisch, überauß forsch und mit der Reinigung naja, aber das ist unser persönliches Empfinden. Der Check In verlief in einer Ruhe, die man sich nach einer langen Autofahrt wünscht. Danke an Herrn Linge wir haben uns sehr gut versorgt gefühlt und die Wohnung war blitzblank. Das Strand Hus ist eines der besten Lagen im ORO, der Blick auf das Wasser, einfach fantastisch. Die Einrichtung bekommt ein ganz kleines Minus, da ist Luft nach oben bei einem solchen Objekt. WLAN gibt es hier leider nicht. In den Betten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Neben dem Haus ist der Beach Club, es war sehr angenehm dort mal ein Gläschen zu trinken bei Live Musik. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Familienurlaub - gemeinsame Zeit Mai 2022

Barfuß aus der Haustür und direkt an den Strand. Wer die Ostseeküste mag wird dieses Haus und dieses Resort lieben! Im Haus fehlte es uns an Nichts! Alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Sauna mit Blick auf die Ostsee ist einfach wunderbar! Das Ein- und Auschecken war unkompliziert, schnell und sehr sehr freundlich.
