Spektakuläre Aussicht in schöner ruhiger Farmathmosphäre

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus von Beatrice. Sie war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, hat alle unsere Fragen prompt beantwortet und uns gute Tipps gegeben. Frische Eier von den eigenen Hühnern gab es auch. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder 😊😊😊

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Herrlich war der Ausblicke von der überdachten Terrasse auf den Pico und die Hühner samt Hahn haben für einige Lacher gesorgt. Wir waren mit unserer 18 jährigen Tochter dort. Sie hat in dem Hochbett in der Küche geschlafen. Dieses ist wirklich sehr hoch oben (gut 2m) und verfügt über keinerlei Absturzsicherung. Für uns war das in Ordnung, aber wäre sie noch klein gewesen, wäre das nicht gegangen. Leider hat die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert, aber Beatrice hat dann das Waschen für uns übernommen. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in schöner Lage.

Ein traumhaft schönes Anwesen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Beatrice ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Das Haus entspricht voll uns ganz der Beschreibung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Großartiger Urlaub

Wir (2 Erw., 1x 4 Jahre, 1x 6 Monate) hatten fast zwei Wochen lang eine tolle Zeit bei Beatrice! Die Wohnung war mehr als groß genug für uns alle und wir durften die nötigen Möbel auch Kleinkind und Baby-kompatibel umstellen. Ausstattungsseitig war alles Nötige da! Der Küchenraum könnte einen Entfeuchter gebrauchen (wie das Wohnzimmer einen hat), da man die auf den Inseln allgegenwärtige Luftfeuchtigkeit hier stärksten merkt. Mit Durchlüften war aber auch alles gut. Der Garten ist ein grünes Paradies, umgeben von freilaufenden Hühnern, mit Blick auf die Ziegen und den Pico. Auf der riesigen Terrasse ließ es sich dem Tag sehr gut verleben. Die Gastgeberin ist wirklich sehr lieb und wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt - und kommen gerne und jederzeit wieder!! Da das Haus recht hoch an einer sehr steilen Straße liegt, ist allerdings ein Mietauto unabdingbar, da fußläufig nichts vorhanden ist (Supermarkt, Restaurant...) Wir haben uns einmal zu Fuß runter in den Ort gewagt und wären beim Weg zurück hoch (mit Kinderwagen) fast zusammengeklappt. ;)

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick

Das Ferienhaus ist schön groß, von einem tollen Garten umgeben und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit super Blick auf den Pico.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Beatrice ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal um die Insel zu erkunden. Für Natur- und Tierliebhaber gibt es fast nichts besseres.

Toller Urlaub, sehr liebe Gastgeberin

Wir waren im Oktober für 2 Wochen bei Trixi zu Gast und es war wirklich absolut genial. Das Haus und der riesige Garten sind wunderschön und sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Der Ausblick auf den Pico ist der Wahnsinn, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man kann total abschalten. Man kann mit dem Auto sehr schnell jeden Punkt der Insel erreichen, sei es die Caldera, Horta oder Cabeço Gordo. In Horta gibt es einen sehr guten und grossen Supermarkt, wo man alles bekommt, was man braucht. Faial selbst ist eine wunderschöne und sehr abwechslungsreiche Insel. Trixi ist wirklich eine ganz liebe Gastgeberin und hilft bei allem, was man braucht. Es war ein super schöner Urlaub und wir würden am Liebsten gleich wieder hinfahren.

Außergewöhnlich schöner Ort

Wir haben uns in dem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus und Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Dies ist ein ganz besonderer Ort mit ganz vielen liebevollen Details. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die benachbarte Insel Pico ist überwältigend. Jederzeit hatten wir in Beatrice und Michele sehr hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerinen, wenn wir eine Frage hatten, es gab auch sehr gute Ausflugstipps und von der ersten Minute an war in jeder Hinsicht für alles gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlten, angefangen schon bei der Abholung vom Flughafen. Wir genossen einen unvergesslichen, wunderbar entspannten Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Christian v. Plehn aus Berlin

Wahnsinniger Ausblick

Toller Aufenthalt für eine Woche. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Küchenausstattung könnte verbessert werden. Als Reisende mit Azorenerfahrung war es jeden morgen faszinierenden zu beobachten, wie der PICO sein Spiel mit der Sonne und den Wolken spielt. Übergabe Schlüssel, Kommunikation mit Beatrice alles problemlos. Wir werden erneut diese Unterkunft hinsichtlich der Lage, der Ruhe, der Geräumigkeit usw. buchen.

This house has the perfect location: a peacefull country side at a few km from Horta. The house itself is great: spacious with large bay windows with magnificent views on Pico island. We just loved it and hope to go back!

"If your after a cosy place, in the middle of the nature, breathing the probably the purest air in the world, then you should stay here. Beatrice, the owner has really created a super welcoming atmosphere, the wood-fired oven in the kitchen and the living-room are amazing, and the garden is real highlight...Also, you can eat freshly laid eggs every morning... where can you get that?
