Beautiful Home
This house is just beautiful! All things inside and outside are high end and very comfortable. Our week in FL happened to be very chilly, so the hot tub was amazing to use. Anja, our property manager, was so helpful with all things. We had an amazing stay.

Peaceful Getaway
Every review of this property was spot on. House was extremely clean. Property is private never noticed the neighbors. The pool & views from the pool were fantastic. Completely understand there was a hurricane last year & renovations are going on throughout the area but it would have been nice to have a heads up about the roof being tarped before arrival. Have also never had a property manager show up to the rental property telling me I need to pay for electric (not in any paperwork we had received) $98 for 6 days. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

Special time at Happy Diamond
This is a beautiful three bedroom home located on Finisterre Lake, connected to the salt water canals in Cale Coral, FL. My wife and I spent a week here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and had a fantastic time! The master bedroom is large and has a door connecting to the lanai. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom includes a cool walk in / walk out shower. The pool and spa allow for incredible views of the lake and a fantastic Florida sunset each night. We stayed over the Fourth of July holiday - so the added bonus of neighbors shooting fireworks off, reflecting off of the water was incredible! The house has everything you’d need to make your stay comfortable, is close to two Publix markets and Cape Harbour (restaurants and marina) and is about a 30-45 minute drive to the beaches in Ft Myers and Sanibel. Dagi and Anja were extremely helpful in making our stay special! We had a fantastic time at Happy Diamond!

Beautiful home
The home was absolutely stunning and we spent a majority of time in the infinity pool. Although a few issues with heating the pool the owner worked very hard to help us through it. I would stay here again and again!

Amazing home, amazing views! If you can't find relaxation in this spectacular home with the picturesque view over the water, seek medical attention! This home is beautifully decorated and feels like your own private resort. EVERYTHING in this home is perfectly thought out. Will absolutely come back to this Happy Diamond! Wunderschöne Villa mit guter Lage
Die Bewertung kommt zwar sehr sehr spät aber besser spät als nie :-) Meine Freundin, meine Mutter und ich haben diese absolut geniale Villa vom 23.06.2014 - 30.06.2014 bewohnt. Für unsere Floridarundreise hatten wir nach einem schicken Haus für 1 Woche gesucht und wurden durch Zufall auf die Villa aufmerksam. Damals war das Haus allerdings noch nicht fertiggstellt, befand sich im Bau. Nach ein paar e-Mails und einem quasi wöchentlichen Update anhand von Bau-Fotos und dem sonstig äußerst freundlichen Kontakt mit Dagmar, haben wir uns dennoch entschieden es anzumieten. UND ALLES RICHTIG GEMACHT !! Wir sind uns alle einig gewesen, dass die Villa sämtliche Erwartungen maßlos übertroffen hat. So ein wunderschönes Haus hatten wir zuvor noch nicht gesehen. Absolut schöne Zimmer, super Aufteilung und der Blick vom Pool, vor allem beim Sonnenuntergang. Es war genauso wie es sich für die zukunftigen Anmieter auf den Bildern erahnen lässt. Die beiden großen Schlafzimmer, mit eigenem Bad, hatten so wie das Wohn/ -Esszimmer direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und dem Pool (Super). Der Pool einfach himmlisch mit dem Negativ-edge, der Beleuchtung in verschiedenen Farben und dem Whirlie... :-) Das Haus lies keine Wünsche offen, die Küche bot mehr als man braucht :-) und der Wal-Mart Neighbourhood war fast nebenan. Die Garage... Riesig... Wir hatten einen Ford Explorer als Mietwagen und absolut keine Probleme, mehr als genung Platz für ein zweites Auto ;-). Was die Sauberkeit und andere typische Kriterien angeht, gab es nichts auszusetzen. Note 1+ Auch der Golfzugang mit Boot stellt kein problem dar. Zugegeben die Fahrt dauert ein wenig, so ca. 40 Minuten bis man im absolut offenen Meer angekommen ist und endlich gas geben kann, aber diese Zeit vergeht wie im Flug. Man hat viel auf der Fahrt zu sehen, gelegentlich Manatee´s, Schlangen, Delphine und natürlich auch die Anwesen einiger wohlhabener Menschen :-). Wenn wir selbst jetzt noch alles von unserer Reise revue passieren lassen, ist die Zeit, die wir in der Villa Happy Diamond verbracht haben, immer das erste an das man sich erinnert. Es war absolut klasse, traumhaft. Ich möchte mich nochmals für den netten Kontakt von Dagmar und des damaligen Housekeepers vor Ort bedanken. Wir werden wiederkommen, versprochen :-) Vielleicht nächsten Juni! lg Dennis

Wirklich Perfekt :)!
Die Tür ging auf und direkt hat der WOW-Effekt eingesetzt. Eine sehr große, offene schöne Küche und diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten für drinnen und draußen lassen einem die Entscheidung frei, wo man sein Kaltgetränk oder leckere Speisen zu sich nimmt. Gerade morgens empfiehlt es sich den Sonnenaufgang von der kleinen Veranda vorm Büro bei einem Kaffee zu genießen. Wir waren zu 90% draußen und haben uns über die Außenanlage Musik abspielen lassen. Es mangelt wirklich an nichts und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und durch die individuell verstellbare Klimaanlage, kann jeder sein Schlafzimmer so abkühlen, wie er es gerne hätte. Die Poollandschaft ist groß genug und es sind genug Liegen für alle da. Wer die volle Sonneneinstrahlung gerne hat, kann sich auf das süße Bootsdeck begeben und sich bräunen lassen. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar und wir hatten sogar das Glück am ersten Tag zwei Delphine im See zu sichten. Ansonsten lässt sich auf dem Bootsdeck sehr gut über die „springenden Fische“ philosophieren aber auch die Sonnenuntergänge, die sich von Tag zu Tag steigern, sind vom Bootsdeck wie auch von der Poolarea einfach traumhaft! Generell kann man sich richtig gut im Haus aufhalten ohne, dass es langweilig wird. Durch die schöne ruhige und doch zentrale Lage, kann man per Auto alles sehr schnell erreichen. Des Weiteren ist alles top sauber und die Kommunikation mit Familie Dreher gab von Anfang bis Ende keine Probleme. Sehr professionell wird hier alles bearbeitet und jede Frage wird einem beantwortet. Das einzige was zu bemängeln war, ist die kurze Reisedauer, die meine Freunde und ich gewählt haben. Der nächste Aufenthalt geht definitiv länger und ich kann jedem empfehlen, einmal im Happy Diamond die Seele baumeln zu lassen!

Incredibly beautiful vacation
The house was way beyond our expectations!! Very clean. And furnishings wonderful Large and nice colored bedrooms with very comfy beds and marvelous bathrooms. The view of the lake was amazing. We are ready to book our next vacation at the same house.. We totally loved it. Great time thanks !!!!

Just perfect!
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder im Alter von 8 und 10 Jahren) verbrachten 4 Wochen in dieser tollen Villa. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Beziehung erfüllt bzw. übertroffen. Das Haus entspricht in jedem Detail dem, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist bzw. was im Beschrieb erwähnt war. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Grösse der Villa ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern perfekt und äusserst komfortabel. Auch die Lage und Aussicht vom Haus ist einwandfrei. Mit etwas Glück sieht man sogar Delphine direkt vor dem Haus. Zudem ist uns auch aufgefallen, dass die Villa sehr sauber war. Kein Sandkorn, Haar oder Staub war zu sehen. Sowohl die Betreuung im Vorfeld als auch vor Ort ist perfekt. Wir können die Villa Happy Diamond jederzeit wärmstens empfehlen und hoffen, dass noch viele andere Familien in den Genuss von diesem Objekt kommen und es auch so geniessen können wie wir.

Traumhafte Villa
Unser Aufenthalt liegt nun schon mehr als einen Monat zurück und wir alle sehen uns immer und immer wieder wehmütig die Fotos von diesem fantastischem Ferienhaus an. Es liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Gegend und dennoch sticht es unter all den anderen Häusern ganz besonders heraus. Wir waren selbst schon in anderen tollen Häusern doch dieses ist bisher mit Abstand das aller Schönste! Egal ob Bauweise, Einrichtung oder Lage - dieses Haus lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Die traumhaft große Küche mit Blick auf den Lake ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht; die Bäder lassen keine Wünsche offen (tolle Handtücher, Föhns, sogar Glätteisen); die Schlafzimmer haben super bequeme Betten, von denen aus man dank Terrassentür direkt in den herrlichen Pool fallen kann. Und das Wohnzimmer ist auch so toll eingerichtet, dass man sich kaum entscheiden kann, wo man am liebsten sein will. Letztenendes gewinnt natürlich die gigantische "poolarea" mit schattenspendender Patio. Auch das Geschäftliche (sowohl in Deutschland, als auch vor Ort) hat reibungslos funktioniert und daher freuen wir uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in diesem Traumhaus.

kommen gerne wieder!
Das Haus ist traumhaft schön, grosszügig und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, schon wenn man zur Türe reinkommt fühlt man sich zu Hause. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Strandtücher und Frotteewäsche sind so flauschig wie man es sich nur wünschen kann. Auch der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool, Grill und kleiner Aussenküche wurden von uns oft genutzt. Es hat genügend Liegen, Tische und Stühle so kann man auch mal Gäste bewirten. Den Sonnenuntergang im Pool zu geniessen und den Abend auf der Terrasse bei einem feinen Essen ausklingen zu lassen war für uns perfekt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch die Strände sind gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu den Vermieter war sehr nett und auch in CC wurden wir sehr freundlich betreut. Es gibt auch ein paar nette Restaurants in der Nähe, sehr gefallen hat uns Ford's Garage! Landestypisches Essen, hochwertig verarbeitet und die Deko ist beeindruckend! Die Bude rockt! Das Haus ist vielleicht nicht "typisch Florida", uns hat aber gerade das sehr gefallen, wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub pur!
Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und direktem Blick auf den See ist einfach fantastisch und der Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend wieder ein Ereignis. Im Haus ist eine Infomappe, die einem beim ersten Urlaub in Cape Coral eine klasse Orientierungshilfe ist. Der Kontakt in Deutschland ist super freundlich, unkompliziert und einfach nett. Mir hat das Buchen schon Spaß gemacht … Auch der Gästeservice vor Ort war klasse. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Es hat einfach alles gepasst und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

AWESOME-PHANTASTISCH

Unfassbar schöne Villa
Ich habe das Haus im Internet beim Recherchieren entdeckt, es war mein erster Aufruf und danach habe ich gar nicht mehr weitergesucht, denn die Bilder hatten mich schon mehr als überzeugt. Sofort nahm ich Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Dagmar Dreher auf, die mir sofort antwortete, meine Fragen beantwortete und den gewünschten Zeitraum reservierte. Alles verlief völlig reibungslos und unkompliziert. In Florida verbrachten wir einige Zeit in Clearwater, konnten aber unseren Umzug ins Happy Diamond kaum noch erwarten. Auf der Fahrt nach Cape Coral waren wir aufgekratzt wie Teenager und haben sämtliche Tempolimits überschritten. Wir wussten als wir vor das Haus fuhren, dass wir die richtige Entscheidung getroffen hatten, wir fühlten uns schon auf der Garagenauffahrt wohl. Nach dem Öffnen der Haustür gab es kein Halten mehr, Freudentänze durchs ganze Haus. Die Bilder sind toll und aussagekräftig, die Realität toppt das Ganze nochmal um Längen. Alles schwärmen bringt nichts, man muß es erlebt haben. ALLES ist geschmackvoll, wunderschön und durchdacht. Zur großen Freude meines Mannes gab es in der Küche einen Küchenabfallzerhexler und einen Blender, beides war permanent in Betrieb. Unser Sommerdrink: Watermelondaiquiri Wir hatten eine glückliche und entspannte Zeit im Haus und sofort fürs nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Vielen Dank liebe Dagmar für dieses Paradies! Meli und Ben

Happy Diamond = Happy Soul
Firstly, the photographs are wonderful for this property, but they really do the home no justice. When you pull into the driveway, you instantly feel like you're at home. When walking in, you just feel peace and serenity. The design and layout of this home just screams "pride". Dagmar and her team did a wonderful job on this home, and you can tell they poured their souls into creating a space that captured their intent when going to the drafting board on the Happy Diamond. This is our 5th visit to the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area, and I can honestly say this is the first home we've leased where we didn't mind staying home! There was more than adequate space for our family of four, and you're provided all the necessities of a modern home. Our children absolutely loved the pool, and it's even more impressive at night with the ambient lighting that changes colors. One of our favorite things to do was to eat dinner at sunset on the lanai by the pool. In regards to the local area, you can get to almost every beach in Lee County within a 1/2 hour to 45 minute drive. If you're looking for a romantic evening, the Thistle Lodge on Sanibel Island is outstanding. They are a little on the high end, but you will not be disappointed with the food, drinks, desert or view!!! There's also deep sea fishing, sports fishing, Jet Ski rentals and para-sailing close by as well. The best part about every activity in the area is that you end up back at the Happy Diamond at the end of the day. If you're looking for a home to relax, unwind and feel peace at... I highly recommend this home!!! One last note: the process of renting the home and resolving any issues that come up are of no concern. Dagmar will give you all the information you need prior to arrival, and Nicola (Property Manager) will take care of anything that comes up during your stay. Kudos to both for making the process so smooth! My family thanks the team that put this masterpiece together - as this home has stayed with our hearts, and we can't wait to stay again.
