Gorgeous home in Krems II/Warderbrück

Located in the Holstein Switzerland Nature Park, the Wardersee holiday village offers holiday fun for the whole family. Between forests, meadows, rivers and lakes, you will find plenty of peace and relaxation, picturesque natural landscapes and many activities for the whole family.



The modern wooden house Waldfrieden impresses with its Scandinavian style and offers enough space for 4 adults and 2 children. Thanks to the ridge-high open ceiling, you can enjoy a pleasant feeling of space and light-flooded rooms. The maritime furnishings in light colours contribute to the cosy atmosphere.



The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Children can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is located in a separate room without a door and is equipped to a high standard. The freezer offers sufficient space for cooling the fish you have caught. Crockery and cutlery are provided in double quantity.



You can relax on the spacious terrace and have breakfast with the whole family. Sun loungers are available so that you can unwind here. The house has a separate garden shed where you can safely store the bicycles you have brought with you. On rainy days, you can warm up in the sauna and then cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove in the living area.



This holiday home has a fast fibre optic connection.



An air-to-water heat pump is available in the house. An iron and ironing board are available for your convenience during your holiday.



The Wardersee bathing area is located directly on the edge of the holiday village, approx. 200 metres away. Here you can cool off on a warm summer's day or relax on the sunbathing lawn. Please note that it is not permitted to use any kind of watercraft (boats, SUPs etc.). There is plenty of space for children to play and enjoy sports activities.



Fishing enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here. There are three fishing ponds in the immediate vicinity from which you can choose your favourite. A special licence is required for fishing. There is also an 18-hole golf course for professionals or beginners on the other side of the lake.



You can explore the diverse landscapes and wildlife of Schleswig-Holstein by bike or on foot. You can also go horse riding in the countryside thanks to the nearby riding centre, while the Trappenkamp adventure forest with its varied nature play areas, wildlife enclosures and adventure trails is a great destination for children. Hamburg and various Baltic seaside resorts are also within easy reach.

Überwiegend gut
Das Haus war neu und gut gepflegt. Die Kommunikation und der Kontakt zur Verwaltung waren sehr gut. 2 Sachen sind zu bemängeln. Punkt 1 : Es fehlt an ausreichend Sitzmöbeln im Wohnbereich. Eine 2 Sitzer Couch und 1 bequemer Stuhl sind für 4 Erwachsene zu wenig. Nicht jeder möchte auf einem Küchenstuhl den Abend verbringen. Punkt 2 : Aus dem Abfluss der Dusche stinkt es. Es ist erforderlich die ganze Zeit im Bad das Fenster offen zu lassen. Dies sollte noch abgestellt werden.
