33 km to the south from Mikkeli, lake Kaitajärvi 25 m (length 1,8 km, width 0,15 km), soft humus bottom, deepens quickly, pier and rowing boat.
Laminated log cabin 2021, living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two beds, sauna, washroom, dressing room, separate WC, terrace. Air source heat pump with cooling function.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
A cot and a travel bed free of charge are available on pre-order. Kaitaranta is a quietly located rental cabin, the plot is next to a nature conservation area.
Own coastline 350 m. There are two bicycles available.
Blu-Ray Home Theater, 55" Smart TV, Channel Package, Chromecast, 4G Wi-Fi.
