The townhouse with its modern furnishings has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms arranged over 2 floors. The traditional Majorcan and tastefully furnished vacation home also has Wi-Fi, a TV, a cot and a high chair, children’s toys, books and board games for relaxing holidays during all seasons. Parking spaces are available on the street. Thanks to the central location, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest beach is about 15 minutes by car.
The vacation home is situated in the middle of a quiet residential area and is not suitable for youth groups and events of any kind.
