This unit is in a prime location within walking distance of the Fireside Market & Eatery, restaurants, bars, bowling alley, movie theater, local recreation center (gym, indoor swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing wall, etc.) and of course close to the FREE shuttle bus to Winter Park Ski Resort during ski season and for some special events during off season.

This is a non-smoking ground floor unit with the following amenities to make you feel at home:
* Private 4 person hot tub on patio accessible from the living room and bedroom.
* Attached and heated 1 car garage (fits up to a mid-sized SUV; additional parking near unit):
- No having to scrape ice/snow off your windshield.
- Unload your car at your own speed and no having to lug all your belongings down long hallways, up icy stairs or into elevators.
- No need to store your items in a locker overnight, just keep it in the heated garage.
* Washer and Dryer in the unit.
* Kitchen stocked with all the basic cooking utensils and dishes to create a meal.
* 50'' HD TV in living room and 40'' HD TV in bedroom.
* Free Wifi
* Bedroom has a king pillow top mattress with a ceiling fan and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa that is upgraded with a memory foam mattress.

For those flying into Denver and don't want to rent a car, Home James Transportation offers shuttle service from DIA to Winter Park. Our condo is located right off the main road (Hwy 40) and near bus routes, hiking and biking trails. The closest restaurants are approx 400 feet away with many others within walking distance. In addition, Amtrak stops in Fraser (less than 5 minutes away) and there is taxi service in the area.

Great overnight stay in Winter Park
My husband and I spent a night at this great condo for a weekend ski trip up to Winter Park. It had everything we needed, and was right along the bus lines (as we didn't bring a car up to Winter Park). I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely condo
The condo was lovely,clean,comfortable. We had a full size pickup that we were able to park in a covered garage a very short distance from condo. There is a attached heated garage for mid size vehicles. It was super easy to catch the lift Winterpark bus so we used that vs try to park for the day. Walking to different stores and restaurants was says. We had a great time and will stay there again

Super cute spot!
This place was much better than I was expecting, the pictures don’t do it justice! Only issue was the bed and pillows were awful. The location and the home itself were top notch and perfect for my little family of three. You’re walking distance to a grocery store and a really good breakfast spot!

Good location. It was great being able to walk to the bus stops in order to get to the ski slopes. We liked having access to the heated garage which protected our vehicle from the snow and elements. Our kids utilized the pull out couch and it was great having access to laundry.

Check-in process was easy. Communication with the property managers was fast and accurate. Was they able to check in before the check in time that was very nice the property managers. The condo was nice and clean. Had everything you would need for weekend or week trip. went to Park jazz festival, had a great time. I will be looking to stay at this condo in 2025 for the winter jazz festival. Having a hot tub on your patio added the icing to the cake. Very close to downtown you could even walk if you wanted 15 minute walk. The only downfall I can say is the Internet did not work very well it was weak .

Spontaneous trip to the mountains to relax and do some hiking/ trail running. The place was absolutely perfect… couldn’t have asked for a better spot. It was great to have the private hot tub right out our door after a day of adventures

A very comfortable home from home during our road trip in Colorado. The attention to detail in the small items that were provided for our use was a pleasant surprise. Excellent property, perfect location
We were in town for our annual trip to a music festival, This property was clean, charming, spacious and perfectly located. We loved the quick access to some local trails for an easy morning stroll, and also walkable to the festival. It was great to have a private hot tub, and the garage is a terrific amenity, although we did not have any trouble parking on the street in front of the condo. Hosts were immediately responsive to any question asked. Would definitely stay here again.
