These holiday apartments are beachfront located in the beautiful town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci, south of Leghorn. For sea lovers this is the ideal spot also for cruises to the Island of Elba, with main port of departure at Piombino at only 30 km. It is also possible to visit the marvelous medieval villages of Bolgheri at 12km (famous for its Sassicaia wine) and Massa Marittima, as well as the ancient Etruscan necropolis Populonia (at 25 km).

This west facing apartment is in a very quiet and exclusive location.
The apartment consists of a single room plus bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea furnished with marble table and wrought iron chairs. Entering one finds on the right a sofa which converts to a double bed and a single sofa bed. To the front there is a dining table and a cupboard. On the left there is a well-equipped cooking area with two electric rings, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machines and a dishwasher. The door to the left leads into the marble bathroom, with shower cubicle and washing machine. Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi.
