Townhouses newly built in 2021 with sea views, near the picturesque mountain village of Zia. The air-conditioned houses are stylishly and comfortably furnished and have a furnished terrace and a heatable outdoor jacuzzi. Two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and WiFi are also available. There is also a communal garden with a barbecue available for guests. The picturesque village of Zia is the highest inhabited point on the island of Kos. It is surrounded by lush pine and cypress forests, olive groves and several water springs that spring from the mountain. As a visitor you have the opportunity to admire a unique green landscape. Arriving in the village you are faced with a view that is truly incomparable. The whole island stretches below and opposite you can see Kalymnos and the coast of Asia Minor. Zia prides itself on its magnificent sunsets that seduce the visitor with the most beautiful images of the Aegean. Many restaurants offer delicious traditional dishes and in the cafes you can taste the homemade sweets. On the main street of the village there are also several shops with handmade products and classic souvenirs.
