This villa is first unit on the beach, with just a few short steps to the pool from the patio. Its location is best on site.

This is a luxurious condominium in Villa La Estanci. Located on Medano beach, the only safe swimming beach in the area. Villa La Estancia is operated as a five-star condominium resort. All the benefits of a resort with the luxury of a private home.

The villa has three bedrooms and four full baths and furniture has been updated. The bedrooms are all huge and all beds are king beds. The baths are all marble with granite counter tops. Two of the bathrooms have large whirlpool tubs. There is also a full kitchen with all appliances, a breakfast bar, and a laundry room with washer, dryer, and sink. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the villa and from the huge balcony. The balcony has ceiling fans and a wet bar with refrigerator and a gas grill.

This resort is adjacent to the Villa del Palmar and Villa del Arco resorts and guests of Villa La Estancia are welcome to use the amenities of those resorts which includes the full-service supermarket, video store, and deli. Both other resorts also have a children's activity center which is available to our guests.

Perfection

10 of us stayed in this beautiful villa celebrating my daughter’s bachelorette party. There are 3 large spacious bed rooms with 5 super comfortable King beds in all. Plus each bedroom had a great view so no one felt like their room was better than others. We all slept like Queens !! Not too many places have Villas with only King beds so this was perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything you need and it was perfect for the one night we had a chef come and cook us a taco bar. The property is a beach front villa and perfect to walk straight out to the pool, beach or jacuzzi. We will be back to stay at Villa 1101 it was Perfection. Plus John was great to work with too !

Paradise in Cabo

The view and location were totally amazing. Our landlord was so responsive and helpful.. it was great if you have kids because it was the bottom floor and there’s grass outside for the kids to play and then go over to the pool as well as play on the beach, I would totally recommend this villa.

One of the BEST!

We have been to Cabo many times, but this was our first time staying here. This was one of the most amazing times that we have had as a family. The location is perfect. The Villa is perfect. The resort is perfect and the people were awesome. We had absolutely no issues. The Villa was clean and beautiful. No complaints. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa and appreciate the extra help with arranging transportation and grocery shopping. The Villa is perfectly located on the ground for pool and beach access (beach access is next door though and a short walk) The beds are comfy and it easily accommodated our group of six friends who traveled in to celebrate birthdays. We also appreciated the margaritas and homemade guacamole! Thank you Johana!

Excellent Location, Well Managed, Great for Families

Our stay could not have been better, thanks to the thoughtful planning and excellent communication from host John and concierge Isabella. We agree with others that this is truly the best location at this well-run and well-maintained resort property --1st floor, oceanfront, with pool, grass lawn, hot tubs, and beach access only steps away. Pre-ordering groceries with our hosts worked out especially well for our group of 6 adults and 3 little ones, allowing more pool, beach, and together time. We also scheduled a whale watching activity and a morning deep sea fishing trip, enjoying both (we cooked and ate the Mahi-mahi we caught for two days). We were glad that we brought along a few small inflatable inner tubes, simple pool toys, card games, etc. to occupy the kids. Everyone loved this vacation.

Ladies 40th Birthday Celebration

This room is amazing! My friends and I (6 of us total) comfortably stayed here on our vacation to celebrate all of us turning 40 this year. I can’t say enough about how great the location of this room is. It’s on the first floor, steps away from the pool, hot tub and beach. Easy to save chairs in the morning right outside your room and convenient to step back into the room to make a drink or grab a snack. A short walk on the beach brings you to some great lunch spots, beach activities and massages on the beach. The space is basically like three separate hotel rooms plus a common area with living room, dining room and kitchen. John’s communication was timely and very helpful. We used his local personal contacts to arrange or airport transfers and to do a grocery run for us to have food and drinks in the room. The resort is very nice, clean and staff was very friendly. I couldn’t recommend this place more for all types of travelers, families, couples and friends.

Perfect vacation spot!

We absolutely loved this condo!! No negatives, all positives!! Perfect location at Villa La Estancia. We really enjoyed everything about this place and the condo is gorgeous!! We are already planning our next visit here! Owner was great at communicating and Ernesto and Qscar were great help and very good to deal with!!!
