Wonderful Orlando Florida Home in the Manors at Westridge, 20 Minutes To Disney

Our home is in the gated, quiet community of Manors at Westridge North. Your home away from home.
Our home is spacious, with plenty of space to relax. It offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen and two dining areas. Outside is the screened in private pool area for cooling off after a long day at the parks, or just relaxing, enjoying the wonderful Florida weather.

There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and food markets just minutes from the home.
Plenty of golf courses just minutes away.

The home has a formal living and dining room and a more casual family room/area.

Wifi is provided. Roku televisions in the family area and in every bedroom enabling you to log into your own streaming services.

The pool at the back of the property is private and screened in, it is in sun for most of the day. Deck furniture is provided for relaxing in the sun or having your morning coffee or breakfast at the pool side table.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is located in the center of the home with quick access to the pool area.

A laundry room is located directly off the kitchen.

The home is located in a gated community and well taken care of. There is a community pool as well as a fitness center located at the club house which is within walking distance.

Safe, convenient location. Great communication and basic necessities were provided to get started. Very clean and lots of kitchen items provided...beach towels provided too!!

Absolutely Perfect!

The house was wonderful and Cheryl was easy to reach for any questions and she communicated everything that I needed to know prior to arriving. If I come back to visit I will definitely check to see if the house is available.

Wonderful as advertised vacation home!

This was my first time using Vrbo and renting a house for vacation. This property was exactly what was advertised. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay at this property in the future. Owners were available by text when needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Lovely villa

Lovely villa, clean very spacious with everything you can need. Pool was a good size and pool area nice. We had no issues at all and relaxed into our holiday home easily. Really quite neighbourhood with community pool just along road from Highlands reserve community. We will use again if we return to Florida without hesitation.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home in a lovely peaceful location both near enough and far enough from the theme parks. Everything you could want in a holiday home. Great communication during hurricane watch. Thank you Cheryl for looking out for us. Just perfect! Would love to stay again😃

Great home

The home was as expected, very clean, beautiful property upon checking, and I was able to get to the owners and maintenance about one and two issues that were fix literally immediately 10 minutes later I will come back again and again it was a lovely experience right in the heart of everything and everywhere we needed to go. The owners are in contact with you, the entire step of the way, and a very pleasant and kind.

Clean and Comfortable

The house, neighborhood and pool were nice and clean. It was easy to punch codes to get into the neighborhood and into the house. The house looked just like the pictures, which was one of the reasons we chose it. The pool was nice, relaxing and pretty private. There are quite a few options for rentals in the area, but we was very happy with our choice. Thank you to Jim and Cheryl for their attentiveness to our stay.

Lovely stay at Manors @ Westridge

Lovely stay at this villa. Its in a great neighbourhood in a gated community. The villa itself was excellent with all the essential amenities required. The beds were comfy, plenty bath & pool towels & great fridge freezer, washing machine & dryer. The only reason i havent given 5 stars was the pool & more specifically the cleanliness of the pool. I felt i would spend at least 10mins in the morning cleaning bits & bugs out of the pool....i had absolutely no issue doing this but in the book it said pool was cleaned once per week & we are fairly sure there was no cleaning done & i never once seen the pool filter come on. It wasnt a major issue as we were doing so much Disney but certainly by last day or so, the pool was pretty dirty & just didnt want to go in. Other than that i couldnt fault the villa & thank you to Jim & Cheryl for the use. They were both very nice.

This house was amazing!

We loved our stay so much and would highly recommend this house. Cheryl had excellent communication through the whole process which I also really liked. The location was also great and had so many things to do nearby! I wish we could have stayed longer because I would have just spent more time relaxing at the house! :)

Excellent property

We enjoyed our stay everything was so wonderful from the beautiful house to the great pool and the location was closed to everything. I would recommend this rental as it is a 5star all around. Also I felt very safe in the area

Amazing!

The Check-in process was a fool proof, (very detailed) fantastic house, the only thing that wasn't a major deal-breaker for us was the washer and dryer needed to be replaced, smelled like mildew. And the pool needed some cleaning. All and all I would stay there again!

Amazing Home

The home was easy to find. True to the listing. Clean, roomy, very comfy beds, washer and dryer. Living room furniture was nice and comfortable. So wish I had a house like this! Felt like home from the start. Oh yes the neighborhood was clean, quiet and safe. Believe me I looked at another area, (not good). I would rent here again. Thank you

Home is beautiful and very clean

The house is a beautiful one. Very spacious and clean. The furniture is very modern. The heated pool was a plus. The only downside was the internet began acting up. However, Cheryl and her staff did everything in their power to get it resolved as quickly as they could. Would definitely stay here again. Ericka

What an awesome house

What a perfect vacation house. Check in was a breeze, home had everything that was needed and then some. The children loved the pool and when it started turning green, Cheryl was on top of it to help. She also knows some great seafood restaurants. God willing we will be back next summer hopefully for 2 weeks 🤗

FANTASTIC

This home was beautiful, my whole family loved it and was more than spacious enough for the seven of us. The owners had exceptional communication and even had a playpen set up for our little when we arrived. The pool was a huge hit and we spent many days/nights enjoying our own private oasis. Our 5 year old actually claimed the front living room, he called it his living room because it’s so comfy and many times you would find him playing with his toys in it. The open floor plan allowed our baby freedom to walk and explore which he absolutely loved! And the home was stocked with everything you could need during a trip. And it would be a big fail if I didn’t mention location. It’s literally central to everything. We got to Disney in 20 mins, universal in 45 mins and the 192 strip, which is about 5 mins away, is chock full of touristy places if interested. There is a Publix grocery store within 2 miles and a Walmart about 5 miles away. So in closing, this home had everything required and then some to be an awesome home base for our family’s trip. My wife and I have already discussed our plans to return in the future and this would be the first choice for our family once again
