Newly reconstructed holiday house in Milna (Brač), for up to 6 persons with garden and sea view

The house is very well located. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, green and mediterrannean. It is free of traffic and on a steep terrain which provides sea view. The house itself is situated between neighboring gardens and provides very green, open space mediterranean feeling .The house is located on a small hill 30 meters from the sea of uphill climb (cca 50 stairs). House is also reachable from the land side. Main beach is only 5-10 minutes away.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. There is free parking space on the public road 50 m from the house.

It accommodates up to 6 people. It has 2 apartments. Upper floor apartment has two bedrooms (1st - one double bed , 2nd - 2 single beds). There is also living room with tea kitchen and bathroom. Apartment on the lower floor has kitchen, bedroom with sofa bed and bathroom. Extra sofa bed is also available. House is rented as a whole unit. From the sun terrace You can enjoy a sea view. It has fully equipped kitchen, wood grill, AC, TV, Wifi internet connection ,fully equipped bathrooms, terrace with outdoor furniture, garden shower etc. Towels and linen are included. The house has free parking on public parking space.

Old town and riva are 10 minutes walking distance. The house is very close to the speed boat connection (70 m) witch connects Milna to Split (30 min.) Hvar, Korčula, Mljet and Dubrovnik. Buss station witch connects Milna to Supetar and rest of the Brač is 800 m from the house.
