Casa Sergio: tropical paradise & swimming pools This is a fabulous sea-facing 2 bedrooms apartment, immersed in a tropical oasis with gardens & swimming pools. The flat is fully equipped and has a patio. The city center is less than 10 minutes walking distance and just on your doorstep you have few supermarkets, few bars and restaurants, and surf shop/shops. From this oasis you can reach Las Dunas and the beaches in the city within a few minutes. You will love the peace and quiet of this place and the vicinity to everything.

Apartment is surrounded from a real tropical garden, always full of colored flowers and palms. Three salty swimming pools operative 12 months a year are in the center of the complex. All around the residential houses develops apartment is on the external edge facing the sea and the mountains. The patio overtake the beautiful sea/mountain view, no houses are in front. This is the perfect place for an incredible morning breakfast with view or barbecue evening. The patio has a barbecue equipment and an outdoor table with 6 chairs. If you are renting a car you can easily find a free parking spot around the complex. There is a dedicated area just for our guests.

Apartment is a recently refurbished sea-facing 2 bedrooms apartment, on the ground floor. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom and a patio. The apartment has been set for a perfect holiday. There is everything you need for an amazing holiday - fast WiFi, flat screen TV, DVD player, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffe maker, Italian coffee machine, washing machine, hair drier, iron and ironing board, bed sheets, terry/towels, duvets (up to 6 guests). Sleeping arrangements: master bedroom (1 double bed), second bedroom (2 single beds), living room (sofa bed for 2 people). We keep the flat very clean and we often renovate and upgrade the flat to match any request. Parking area is just outside the complex and it is free. The oasis has 3 swimming pools operating all around the year. Umbrellas and sun beds are free to use.

Apartment is situated in wonderful complex of houses surrounding 3 big swimming pools and with a tropical set up. It is a real pleasure to walk around beautiful palms and flowers and relax under the umbrella around one of the pools. The complex is situated in the residential area in Corralejo where new other complexes and private villas are perfectly fitted. Just outside the complex there are some amenities like supermarkets, bars, surf shops and an Italian pizzeria. Even if the city centre has a couple of beaches, the most attractive destinations are The Dunas. Those are sandy long beaches considered the ultimate destination for all tourists and surfers. The city center is literally 10 minutes walking. If you have a car, you can easily leave it at the parking space. The Dunas are reachable by bus (5 minutes) or by car. There is a lot a parking around The Dunas. Maybe you feel a bit sportive and you want to rent a bike and easily go around Corralejo. From Corralejo you can reach loads of other destinations. By boat you can reach Lanzarote or the Lobos Islands. By car you can have a fun trip to El Cotillo or to Costa Calma / Caletta De Fuste or a bit more south to Morro Jable. The inside of the islands is very beautiful, I recommend to visit it and maybe stop at one of the Aloe Vera factories. If you like do some shopping the best city is Puerto Del Rosario.
