The house has a total surface area of ​​100 mq. and is composed of a large living room, a mezzanine with two sleeping areas communicating with each other, a kitchen fully equipped with everything the guest need, a bathroom with shower and toilet/bidet. The two sleeping areas have respectively a double bed and a sofa bed for two people. The heating is centralized and the sleeping/living area has air conditioning. The two highly panoramic terraces are on different but communicating levels. The first terrace has a surface area of ​​80 mq. a patio with large table allows the guest to have lunch outside and in addition a barbecue corner. The second terrace has been designated as a wellness area with solarium and Mini Spa for the exclusive use of the guest. The whirlpool with ergonomic seats has the options for ozone, chromotherapy and on request aromatherapy. The property is completely fenced so it is able to receive guests with pets. Parking is allowed inside the property and guests have free access to the 3000 mq. garden planted with olive and fruit trees. Although the area is very quiet, the property is equipped with a video surveillance system in line with current regulations to guarantee the safety of guests.

Inhabited center 3 km away offer the most necessary services (supermarket, pharmacies, fast food and more).
