This lovely VIlla is located right above the town center of toscolano-maderno, one of the most beautiful villages on the Lake Garda where there are many shops, bars and restaurants and a long and beautiful beach... everything you need for a lovely stay by the Lake Garda :)

This lovely adn well maintained private Villa is located in a very peaceful area on the upper side of the town of Toscolano-Maderno (3,5 km from the town hall). There is a wonderful LAKE VIEW from almost all areas of the house, the garden and the pool.
The swimming pool is for exclusive use of our guests and is located inside a large private garden with olive threes and a well kept green areas. There is a small patio with garden furniture by the pool, a covered terrace by the 1st level and a large paved terrace by the living room on the ground floor level.

We enter the property from a gate in the parking area that can fit up to 3 cars. A few steps take us from the parking area to the entrance of the 1st floor. On this floor there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. both rooms have a wonderful view of the lake from large windows and one has access to a small terrace.

The stairs outside take us to the ground floor that has an ample paved terrace with a table and a BBQ. Entering the house we find the kitchen and an ample living area with a wonderful LAKE VIEW. On the back side of this level there is a bedroom and a bathroom.

Guests have exclusive access to the whole property which includes the house, the swimming pool, garden and the covered and uncovered terraces.

COMING BY CAR NECESSARY: the Villa is located in the village of Gaino, a franction of Toscolano-Maderno (10 minutes by car). The town hall in the center of Toscolano-Maderno is 3.5 km away from the house. From the town it is possible to take the ferry to other towns along the lake. nearest train station: Desenzano.

We expect all of our guests at their arrival to show them the property and leave the keys: PLEASE remember to contact us prior to your arrival to arrange the check-in time.
We live in Salò and know the Lake Garda and the surrounding areas. We are more than happy to assist all of our guests with any suggestions to make the best possible stay and are available if needed.
