There's nothing like listening to the sound of ocean waves first thing in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee or watching the sunset in the evening with a spectacular view of the ocean and beach right from your own private balcony. In this 4th floor condo at Regency Towers, you can have this and more with a beautiful view of the beach, pool area, and coastline all the way down Panama City Beach!
The bedroom (beachfront) has a king-sized bed with a sliding door to the balcony with a view of the beach and coastline. The bedroom also has a beachfront window (beach and pool view), large double closet, and a private bathroom.
In the living area (also beachfront) there is a sliding glass door to the balcony; and it also has a window with a great view of the coastline where paragliding is frequently seen. The living area is equipped with a pull-down queen-sized Murphy bed, a sofa, and a recliner. There is also a full bathroom near the living and dining areas.
The fully equipped large kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, range, and coffeemaker. There is also a stacked large capacity washer/dryer unit off the main bathroom.
All linens are supplied in unit. Schooners, J. Michaels, Patches, Captain Anderson's, and Dat Cajun Place are nearby. Buster's Beer and Bait - Full bar with Buster's Brickhouse Pizza next door are right across the street. Banana boat, jet ski, and parachute rentals are available on the beach in season. There are two large saltwater pools, a Jacuzzi spa/hot tub, child's pool, pavilion picnic area with barbecue grills. Shuffleboard, and beach volleyball. There is also a renovated game/exercise room with pool tables and card tables, and exercise equipment with a view that faces the pool/beach.
A restaurant is located in the center of the two pools with drinks and food to offer in season. All service personnel are friendly and fun. What a great place to spend your vacation.

Home away from home

The unit was clean and updated. The owner checks to make sure you got in okay and ask if you need anything. One of the nicest ones we have stayed in at RT. We will definitely be staying in this one again.

Very nice place to stay in PCB

The condo was very nice and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and had spices, etc. too. It had coffee makers Keurig and regular. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows to go around. It is an end unit and you can watch the sun set without looking over the railing. Beach gear and toys for the kids were provided even though she includes a beach umbrella in front of the hotel. You'll get your money's worth IMO and Donna is very attentive. There is a 40 dollar parking charge but it is gated if that matters. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Perfect for our family

The condo was just as described. The view from the balcony was even better than the photos. We were a family of 4. Our older children were very comfortable sleeping on the pull out sofa and Murphy bed in the living room. The location of the condo is great being it’s an end unit and on the 4th floor. There was no time lost waiting on the elevator. We just took the stairs. It was so nice having the chairs and umbrella set up for us each day. We couldn’t think of anything negative about the condo. Regency Towers is very close to the state park and the marina. We would much rather be on this end of PCB instead of the busy section with all the traffic.

Fun little mom & daughter getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at The Regency Towers. The condo was clean and we had a great time relaxing in PCB. We enjoyed the pool and included beach chairs. We can’t wait to return. The host was so helpful and easy to work with.

As advertised.

We found the property to be just as described and were we to return to Panama City Beach we would definitely stay here again. The unit is well equipped, clean and comfortable and appears as it does in the VRBO posting. The balcony overlooks the beach and one of the two swimming pools. Th exercise facility is well equipped, and shopping of all sorts and restaurants are all nearby, There is plenty of parking and the property is gated and guarded entry.

Wonderful!

First off I want to say how excellent Donna the owner of this condo was to work with. You can honestly tell she cares for her guests and wants to make sure they are comfortable and have everything they need. The condo was super clean and well equipped with towels and linens. She makes sure you have a starter of everything you will need when you arrive. This is the first time for us to stay at the Regency Towers. We have stayed at nearby condos and I would rank this one second best. They had a huge, heated pool while we were there during Christmas. It was absolutely awesome to sink into an 84 degree pool every day when the weather was in the 50's and 60's! It was nice to not have to worry about wristbands and security being rude if you don't have one on. I'm guessing because it is the slow season they don't enforce it. We will definitely stay here again in the condo owned by Donna since she was such a wonderful, caring host!

Great place for a beach vacation

This condo was as advertised and everything we wanted. Beach front views. Located on the “quieter” part of Panama City beach, yet still close to plenty of great restaurants. Donna was a great host, and communication was great. She was very detailed and thorough with check in/out instructions, made some great restaurant recommendations, and was quick to respond when I had questions. I’d definitely recommend renting from her.

Beautiful corner view. Large 1 bedroom, 2 bath. Love the beach and this area. We bought here because it is just so beautiful.

What makes this property unique

Regency Towers is a gated complex with 24-hour security for building and secure RV parking and boat parking available across the street from complex. Wi-Fi and cable are available in unit. The beautiful view speaks for itself. The privacy of the corner is unique on the beach. This area is exactly what someone would want for fun and excitement, but also quiet seclusion on the beach.
