Capo di Sorrento is a residential area, slightly off from the hustle and bustle of the center, but close enough to every point of interest. From the villa to the center of Capo di Sorrento there is a 150 mt downhill street. Here you will find restaurant, bar, grocery store, tobacconist's, pizzeria, bus stop. The villa is in a 10-minute walk from one of the most beautiful hidden gems of the area: Regina Giovanna, a rocky beach where there are the ruins of a Roman villa and a natural pool where you can swim. The network of trails also allows you to easily reach Sorrento or Massa Lubrense, surrounded by nature and with breathtaking views. The footpath to Sorrento is 2 km long, the one to Massa Lubrense is 3 km long.

The beautiful terrace - with tiled floor, plants, deck chairs and table for 9 - is a dream place at any time of day: perfect to start the day with an alfresco breakfast, sunbathe on the deck or relax in the shade, enjoy a breathtaking sunset at cocktail hour, have a romantic dinner under the stars. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare meals independently. It has a fridge and freezer, oven, stoves, Neapolitan coffee maker, boiler, and toaster. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. The villa sleeps up to 9 people in 4 double (or twin) bedrooms, each with its own closet, air conditioning and private bathroom, with shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Only one of the bedrooms (and its bathroom) is located on the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase. This bedroom has two French beds and a private small terrace on the roof. A sofabed is available in the living area. Wifi is available in all rooms and common areas. All the described areas are for the exclusive use of guests.
