The apartment offers plenty of space for a family or friends who feel like a relaxing vacation with sun, beach and sea.
All year round, the communal pool offers cooling and swimming fun. Relax here with a morning swim or start the day with a delicious breakfast on one of the terraces of the apartment, which are equipped with lounge furniture.
In Torremolinos you can walk near the sea or try the wide range of typical local dishes as well as international cuisine in the numerous bars and restaurants.
The owner prefers families or guests over 28 years old, as this vacation apartment is located in a quiet residential area. It is not rented to groups of young people.
Note: There are 60 steps leading to the apartment, there is no elevator.
