voyage Gruissan

Maison très agréable , avec tout le nécessaire. Un petit plus serait intéressant : une climatisation pour les chambres en haut serait vraiment top. Sinon la location est à proximité de tout : plages, port, supermarché, restauration. Tout se fait quasiment sans voiture. La propriétaire et le gérant sont très flexibles sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons été très ravis de cette belle location.

2 Wochen Traumferien

Sehr schönes Haus! Liegt in einer Residenz. Supergut eingerichtet, von allem mehr als genug! Ist auch gut möglich für Paare plus 4 Kinder. Die Lage ist ruhig in der 2. Reihe mit Blick auf den Etang du Grazel. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge! Mit Hund oder zwei genial! Kleiner schmucker eingezäunter Vorgarten. Ein paar Schritte bis zur Promenade. Hundestrand gleich in der Nähe! Alles ist sehr sauber! Vom Haus aus ist Gruisson leicht zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad zu entdecken! Sehr herzliche Hausbesitzerin!!!

Schönes Haus mit Meerblick

Liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage, alles rundherum und innendrin ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Von den beiden vorderen Schlafzimmern im OG sieht man das Meer. Und den Sonnenaufgang. Die Ausstattung hat eine sehr persönliche Handschrift - Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht (inkl. großem Backofen), Spülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank. Spielesammlung und Reiseführer gibt es genauso wie ein paar Bücher, falls das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Gruissan. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Strandpromenade, Hafen, Bäcker, Vergnügungspark und diverse Restaurants liegen vor der Haustür. Der alte Ortskern von Gruissan ist malerisch und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief unkompliziert und der Hausverwalter war immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La maison est placée dans un quartier tranquille. On entend un peu le parc d‘attractions. Les chambres et le séjour sont équipés de moustiquaires, ce qui est super. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Dans deux chambres se trouvent des ventilateurs qui sont les bienvenus. Les meubles d’extérieur sont de bonne qualité. La maison n’était malheureusement pas propre à notre entrée (tâches sur le sol donc pas récuré, poils sur le canapé et là paillasson, sol de la douche sale) Après avoir nettoyer l‘appartement, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances!

Super Urlaub

Schönes Ferienhaus in 2.Reihe. In dem Haus fand man alles vor, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Großer Pluspunkt sind die guten Betten, sowie das vor jedem Fenster/Tür ein Insektenschutz vorhanden ist.

Ein Traum!

Wir haben das hübsche Haus sehr genossen und unsere Hündin Candy hat den kleinen eingezäunten Garten geliebt! Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist top, perfekt wenn man gerne selbst kocht und grillt. Lage in zweiter Reihe zun Strand ideal, schön ruhig. Betten sehr bequem. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit den deutschen Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très très agréable !!

Nous avons séjourné en famille. Tout peut se faire à pied (plage,courses, boulangerie etc) il y a un emplacement pour la voiture. La maison est idealement située. Les propriétaires Allemands sont très sympathiques. Seul bémol Le gérant sur place ne répond pas aux questions...A refaire dès que possible !!!!

Une location qui tient ses promesses !

Un séjour très agréable dans cette petite maison de vacances, à 50 m de la plage du grazel, que l'on voit depuis les chambres:) le logement était propre et très bien équipé pour 8 personnes, les chambres et la cour clôturée agréables. Des produits de première nécessité disponibles. Proche de toutes commodités. Nous recommandons cette location!
