Schöne Wohnung in toller zentraler Lage , direkt am Hafen! Vom Balkon kann man ein Teil des Hafens sehen und aus dem Schlafzimmer kann man auch etwas Meer sehen. Viel Platz in der Wohnung , wir waren zu 4. 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kids (4 und 12) Der Große hatte oben sein eigenes Reich , zum schlafen und auch tv schauen. Der kleine lag bei uns mit , aber ein Sofa wäre auch noch im Schlafzimmer gewesen. Also genug Platz! Das Haus ist zentral aber was toll war , das es im Haus so ruhig war! Man hat nichts gehört , außer wenn die Fenster offen waren die Möwen!! Und auch Schiffe! Sauber war es auch! Wie kommen gerne wieder! Die Heizung piept nachts etwas. Im Bad gibt es ein Duschvorhang, finde ich nicht ganz so toll. Die Wohnung ist ganz oben :-) Aber an sich gibt es nichts negatives!

Tolle Lage

Ruhige Lage und Appartement super, allerdings ist bei entsprechender Windrichtung der Abzug des nahegelegenen Fischrestaurants sehr präsent. Abseits gelegene Parkmöglichkeit ist weder 50 oder 100 sondern 500m entfernt. Ziemlich weit für denjenigen, der mit seinem KFZ nicht in eine der Parkboxen in der Tiefgarage passt.

Super ausgestatte Fe...

Super ausgestatte FeWo, tolle Lage direkt am Hafen von Laboe, in direkter Nachbarschaft zu netten Restaurants, Strand und Meer. Bis in die kleine Innenstadt nur einige Meter, perfekt um morgens frische Brötchen zu holen. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse auf der wir frühstücken konnten, denn wir hatten Traumwetter. Waren 6 Tage dort und kommen sicherlich wieder in diese Wohnung. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen war die Plastikumrandung an der Brüstung der Dachterrasse, die so gar nicht zum Rest der FeWo passt, zudem sehr mit Vogelkot verdreckt, so wie auch der erste Meter des Bodens, schade. Sehr freundliches Personal bei Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage!

Ich war mit meinem Mann für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in Laboe in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung, Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz, auch wenn man mal mit seinen Kindern hierher reisen möchte. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht: zwei Parkplätze, schnelles W-Lan, top ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und vom Balkon ein toller Ausblick auf den Hafen. Es war alles sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die Lage: Man muss wirklich nur einmal aus der Tür fallen und ist direkt am Hafen, Strand oder dem Ortszentrum. Viel besser geht es nicht! Wir werden definitiv noch einmal wieder kommen... und dann packen wir auch die Kinder ein! Danke auch noch mal an den Appartement-Service Laboe für eure Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Liebe Grüße aus Bielefeld
