Katy went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed not only for the property we stayed at, but also about the town, the bus system, and the mountain! Anytime I had a question, she answered quickly and always was a big help! She even checked in on us during our stay and messaged me and asked how it was going. The room itself was great and had everything we needed! The property was awesome and so close to the slopes! We loved being so close after a long day! We also loved the hot tub on property while it snowed! Everything was kept very clean and the property was quiet (which we loved). Overall,it was a fantastic stay and I’m lucky to have found such a great place and host! If we go back to Park City, I will be messaging Katy again! Thank you for making our family trip so enjoyable!
This was my second stay in this unit. It is well outfitted and maintained and very conveniently located for getting around Park City by the free bus system. I did not have occasion to need any assistance this time from the owner but recall that she was very helpful and thoughtful when I stayed the time before. If you want an efficient place, particularly for one person or a couple, this is excellent. I will definitely be back in the future.
This is a great location for visiting Park City, Park City Mountain, and Deer Valley. The bus service is excellent with an express bus to Deer Valley during ski season.
The accommodations are very comfortable. The kitchenette is good for preparing breakfast and other light meals. The outdoor hot tub is conveniently located just across the just across the parking lot.
We spent a week of skiing. I was absolutely SUPER.
We rent through VRBO a lot, and we have mixed experience.
This studio is great. Location - 7-10 min bus ride to the ski lift, depending on traffic and people. If there are no waiting people and no stop request - the bus does not stop - goes faster. There is an app which shows you in real time location of the buses. You don't have to wait at the bus stop.
Studio is well equipped. Small kitchenette has everything you need for simple cooking. Utensils, dishes, cups, electric kettle and ... a wine opener :)
Beds are comfortable. Fireplace is awesome.
Large smart TV with plenty of channels, and if you want you can log into your own Disney+ or Netflix account to continue watching your own series.
Plenty of parking spots, we had a rental car, but used it only couple time when skiing at the Canyons - parking there is free.
Communication was super fast. Katy responded within minutes.
Next time in Park City - we will stay here.
Loved Katie’s condo. Clean and very well appointed little kitchen! Easy to get to town and the ski hill on the free bus. Great hot tub! Would stay here again!
We had a great week in Katy's condo. Clean, convenient, and comfortable! The red and yellow bus lines stop right outside, great for getting to the mountain and main street. Katy was super responsive and helpful for anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
We had a great holiday vacation / ski trip to Park City and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was fantastic and as described. Katy was most helpful.

clean and modern - good price too
This unit was clean and modern with a good price too.
Great fireplace that acts as the room heater. Nice kitchen, well equipped.
Has college size refrigerator, so buy accordingly, and has keurig coffee maker. Good for one cup, but not for many like a drip coffee maker would be.
There are enough washcloths and towels for one day. Probably should be washcloths and towels for the minimum required stay, instead.
Overall, would recommend this unit to others.

A nice, convenient and clean space just right for a few days of great skiing.
Just a few minutes from the slopes, right on the bus line, and convenient to many dining establishments. A great and convenient place to stay.

Great Value
Took my daughter for a ski weekend and the location was perfect given the proximity to the bus stops. Nice amenities within a reasonable walk/very short drive and again, the bus takes you right to Old Town PC.

Great room at a great location!
First things first, Katy was great to work with. She was very quick to reply to any questions I had and made me feel comfortable with choosing her. This room is actually bigger than the pictures make it look, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfy and the fireplace was a nice touch.
Enough about the great owner and the great room, the location was fantastic! We were 5-10 minutes away from everything we wanted to be. Ski resorts, dining, entertainment, and bars. We drove to most places with our rental car, but used Uber most nights we went out. It is RIGHT ON the bus line, but we just preferred the quickness of Uber if going out.
This is a beautiful town, and for the price, this room can't be beat! If you are visiting Park City, you will not regret renting this room!

Perfect location for our Sundance trip
We stayed here for 4 nights during Sundance, for the second half of the festival. Not only was there a Park City shuttle stop right outside our building, but the main "lodge" building was one of the screening venues for Sundance. That came in really handy when we had an 11:30pm showing! There was a small shopping center within walking distance as well, with an Einstein Bros & a mexican joint, so it was easy to grab something quick to eat before heading to Main Street.
The condo itself was nice, and equipped with a gas fireplace and DirecTV satellite. There was a Keurig & some coffee mugs, as well as extra blankets & towels. There's no daily housekeeping like in a hotel, so being able to have access to clean towels was nice! The shower/tub was spacious & the rainfall shower head was a nice touch that I don't (yet!) have at home.
Katy was extremely responsive to my questions and provided detailed instructions about the condo and the check-in process. The front desk staff gave us our keys and it was a really smooth process overall.
This was our first trip to Sundance (and Park City) but we're already discussing our plans for next year's festival. Looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect for long-term stay
My son stayed at this studio for about two months in the summer while he was settling into a new job. Location was great and easily accessible to town and highways. The place was perfectly-sized for his needs - enough space to maneuver, and the extra bed was nice for when his father came to visit. The kitchen was big enough for breakfasts and an occasional meal. The only downside for a long-term stay is the lack of a formal closet. This would not be a problem at all for short-term vacation stays, though. Owners are easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions. Five thumbs up!

Great retreat
This was the perfect place for us. The room was nicely furnished with just about everything you would reasably need. Besides the food we brought, I think the only utensils we could have used was a rubber spatula for the guacamole we made. Side note: don't forget your cooking oil if you do plan to cook. The room was described as small but we found it to be about half again bigger than a standard hotel room. Even though our stay was in early May, it was still cool enough that the gas fireplace was nice and cozy. The price verses value was one of the best things about this property. We'd definitely stay there again.

Weekend getaway in park city
Our stay was wonderful. The owner , Katherine, was especially accommodating. We arrived early and were allowed to drop our bags at the room. Everything was clean and tidy. We requested a couple of items in the kitchen- everything was perfect. We will return next year and always seek out Katherine's
Rentals first. She is a wonderful business person and owner.

About the host
Hosted by Katy
After coming to Park City in 1996 to spend a winter playing before returning to 'real life', we decided to stay and have made Park City our home ever since.
Why they chose this property
Park City is a beautiful place to live, and when you live here, lots of people want to come & visit. After filling up our house with 2 kids and 2 dogs, we ran out of space for the inevitable family & friends that wanted to come to town & spend a week. This condo was a way for us to say, 'stay as long as you want!' It is close, convenient, and affordable.
