Nice apartment

Large apartment in a beautiful town surrounded by large mountains. Quiet, clean, safe. Nice place to stay. You have to pick up the keys either at an office or a hotel if after hours which must be arranged by phone call beforehand. The two messages I sent through VRBO to the host were never answered

Short Stay

Property is great - it housed five adults (family) comfortably. We would certainly stay again. The communication through Interhome regarding arrival and check-in was not ideal, but once we found out whom to contact locally to access the property, it was smooth sailing. The staff at the Engelberg Tourism Center (handles check in) was very friendly and helpful. I think Interhome, the property manager, should better communicate the local contact through VRBO. The apartment met our family’s needs for accommodations very well. Thanks!
