The 50m2 vacation apartment Casa Praia Beach House is located in Portimão, a sunny seafront town astride the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea in southern Portugal's Algarve region, The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment offers Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a fan, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).
Guests can take in the spectacular mountain and sea view from the balcony and relax in the furnished garden or sun in the open terrace, both for shared use. The outdoor area also has a playground and a tennis court.
The apartment is just a 5 minute (2.2 km) drive away from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues. Portimão's most famous beach, the Praia da Rocha, which means "rocky beach" in Portuguese, is spectacular and offers visitors plenty of sun and water activities. This beach is just 4 minutes (2 km) away by car from the property, while the beautiful Praia dos Tres Castelos beach, literally meaning "three castles" because of the three large rocks protruding from the waters, is also just 4 minutes away by car. Guests can also experience the natural beauty of the region in the Molhe Praia da Rocha hiking area and visit the Lighthouse of Praia de Rocha, a coastal landmark, just a 6 minute (2.5 km) drive from the apartment. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Astana Golf course, just a 5 minute (3 km) drive away. The Portimão area currently has 246 cycling routes that wind through the stunning coastal and mountain landscape. Faro Airport is just under one hour away (72 km) by car.
