Private: lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular, heated (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars). Shop, grocery, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar, bakery, café, pub garden, bus stop 90 m, sandy beach "Playa las Galgas" 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5.6 km, walking paths from the house 1 km. Nearby attractions: CC Rosa Center 90 m, Tenerife Perla 2.8 km, Siam Park 12 km, Playa del Duque 9.5 km, Siam Mall 12 km, La Caleta 7.7 km. Hiking paths: Barranco del Infierno 6.4 km.
