Our cozy Park Shore cottage with private pool boasts luxury suites with outdoor showers and terraces. Enjoy the spacious open kitchen and living area with open views of nature throughout. Located in a quiet, exclusive residential area in a sought-after part of Naples with beautiful beaches, high-end shopping, entertainment and dining areas all within short reach!

Comfortably sleeping 7 guests, this home has been renovated to the highest quality standards with a simple yet modern design while maintaining its traditional cottage charm. A spacious lush garden with private pool surrounds the home and provides seclusion and tranquility. Featuring luxury indoor and outdoor wooden furniture and design accents imported from Asia. A gas grill is provided for BBQ.

Our home is in a great location! It's a two-minute drive to Clam Pass Beach bordered by mangroves where you can spot bottlenose dolphins swimming into the canal from the open water. Naples' most beautiful beaches are within a 2-10 minute drive. The upscale open-air Waterside shops are a short walk away and feature Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue. If you're seeking culture and entertainment, the nightlife and fine dining at Mercato, the Naples Philharmonic, live theater, museums and two popular cinemas are within short reach. Historic Olde Naples with its renowned shopping, dining, and nightlife, is a 10 minute drive away.

Fantastic house

We had a really great stay at this property. The owners went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. We can especially recommend this if you're travelling with (small) children.The neighborhood is safe, beautiful and clean. A short drive to the beach.

Perfekte Ferien

Wir verbrachten 3 Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus in Naples Parkshore. Gleich beim ersten Betreten waren wir begeistert von der modernen Einrichtung, die sich erfrischend vom Rest der angebotenen Ferienvillen unterscheidet, die in der Regel einen „Plastik-Blumen-Florida-Stil“ ausstrahlen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Von der Waschmaschine, Trockner, großem Flat-TV, Wlan, Mikrowelle, großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Außenpool, reichlich Handtüchern bis hin zum Barbecue Grill und Beach-Sonnenschirm ist alles vorhanden. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind hochwertig und befinden sich in sehr gutem Zustand. Als zusätzlichen Bonus gibt es Beach-Pässe zur Nutzung des privaten Parkshore-Strandes und kostenlosem Parken. Die Parkshore Area ist insgesamt sehr sicher und bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Selbstversorgung. Den in der Nähe befindlichen Fresh-Market und auch den unweiten Publix Supermarkt können wir sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Anna und Catherine für den tollen Urlaub und die sehr freundliche Unterstützung und auch für den außerordentlich unkomplizierten und problemlosen Verlauf des Aufenthaltes von der Buchung, über den Check-In bis hin zum Check-Out. Wir können diese Ferienvilla bestens empfehlen und hoffen, dass wir auch bald wieder die Möglichkeit haben, dort zu wohnen.

Home away from home!

This is our 4th time back to the area and the first time travelling with our toddler. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, this home felt like the perfect choice. The layout is great, the common areas are spacious and open, the neighbourhood is safe and quiet and the home provided all the amenities we could possibly need and then some! It made our first vacation with our son so pleasant. Everything we needed was a short drive away, the passes to the beach were a bonus and the private pool was a luxury! Thank you to Catherine and Anna for ensuring our stay was comfortable, we hope to be back!

serenity, simplicity and convenience

I have rented several other houses in Naples and this one was my favorite. I was there for the month of March 2019 and a few days in April 2019. Simply furnished and without all the clutter (fake flowers, knick knacks, etc) that I typically see in rental houses. Kitchen and baths were well-appointed. Lots of extra pillows if needed. Very easy to live an indoor-outdoor experience. Family-friendly neighborhood; easy walk to Waterside Shops, a school playground, a local coffee shop. A few maintenance things were required, but were handled promptly and completely -- and in a gracious spirit. :) Already miss it and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely home in a lovely neighborhood

We loved this rental. It is in a great neighborhood that is very convenient for a lot of what we wanted to do in Naples (beach, zoo, greenway, downtown, restaurants). The house is in great condition and is very clean. The pictures on the VRBO website very accurately portray the house. The landscaping in the backyard provides a beautiful backdrop for the living area. We ended up loving the outdoor showers, it was a new vacation experience; there is also a regular tub shower for the less adventurous. The house was unusually well equipped for a rental (shampoo, conditioner, laundry and dishwasher soap, paper products and much more all provided) and we really appreciated all the extra amenities provided by Anna. There were chairs, coolers, an umbrella and beach toys for us to borrow during our stay which saved us a lot of time and money. We had a great time and would very highly recommend this rental. Thanks Anna and Catherine we had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon.

Favorite Vacation Rental Ever

This house was our all time favorite vacation rental! The home is better than even the photos reflect. It was clean, spacious, clutter free and well laid out. It had everything we needed. We were unsure about renting a home without a pool but everything else made up for the lack of a pool. We would love to find similar furnishings for our own home. They were all comfortable including the beds.The common areas are open to each other. The backyard is beautiful with a lime tree and other tropical plants. Loved the outdoor showers. We used them the whole time. The boys loved the high end TVs and sound system. The split plan is great for traveling with kids or another couple as it allows everyone some privacy. Loved walking the neighborhood. It's gorgeous and quiet. You can also walk to Starbucks and there is a bike rental shop nearby. You can easily ride to three different beaches. We used the beach gear and towels provided. The home has everything you need. Anna even provided some welcome groceries for us including milk, fruit and bread. She was gracious and kind. I don't usually chat up a bunch of people on vacation but I enjoyed talking with her so much. The house has a great vibe. We were sad to leave and are thinking about designing a similar home for our retirement in the future. When we left, we were completely relaxed.

Unforgettable holidays

We stayed for 12 days in the house. We were a party of 6. Four adults and two children of 4 an 1 year old. The house is impeccable (pictures reflect it accurately), very comfortable and well located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It was very to convenient to find cleaning and laundry products at the house (so one doesn't waste time figuring out what to buy and shopping for those items). Some basic grocery items are also available once you arrive. It is exactly the home away one would want to have. Plus Anna (the house manager) is extremely kind in the welcoming and provides you with passes to park shore beach, 5 min away driving and ideal to go with children. We would no hesitate to stay again in this property if we come back to Naples.

Just Perfect!

We visited the cottage with five adults and a child and it was a wonderful stay. We share the opinion of the other Reviews that it is a perfect home. Plenty of space, high-quality furnishing and a friendly house manager with a big heart! We definitively recommend the cottage. 5 of 5 stars!!

Wonderful home, great location!

We just returned from our vacation in Naples, FL. We had a terrific week of relaxing and sightseeing, but the highlight of this vacation was Catherine and Jan's home. This is a fantastic home with a perfect location in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The beach, shopping, fine dinning were just minutes away. The house is spacious, clean and has everything you need to make your vacation go smooth. Anna the Manager was fantastic and very helpful! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning once again.

Everything you need to relax

This is a perfect home for a family vacation. The renters are awesome and fun to work with, their home is beautiful, peaceful, spacious and in proximity to the beaches (2-5 mins drive / 15 min walk). It is also meticulously maintained, has an awesome big and beautiful kitchen, open layout, as well as the ability to close to the doors and enjoy some time alone (2 private outdoor showers, private patio, beautiful bathrooms etc.). You will have everything you need to have an awesome trip right there at the home including laundry, all cooking utensils, "best of magazines" for the local area, Passes for Clam Pass Beach (2 mins away), Collier Park Beach (5 mins drive), fishing poles to use, Beach Chairs, cleaning products, WIFI, great entertainment center + TV's in bedrooms. You'll basically only need food, sun tan lotion, a ride there, and be ready to have an awesome vacation. We'll be back in the future for sure - this is an amazing property.

Naples Park Shore Rental

A well appointed, lovely home in Park Shore close to two wonderful beaches, shopping, and movies. It is very convenient to the Waterside Shops, the Mercado and Fifth Avenue. The house is open concept with a lovely deck and a screened lanai where we ate all our meals. It is in a terrific, safe and pretty neighborhood. It was a wonderful place to spend the winter. The owners and house manager are very responsive and delightful people to deal with.

Beautifully Decorated, Clean Home

This is a wonderful, family friendly home in a great neighborhood within Naples. Five of us stayed in the home (3 adults, 2 children) during an extended family reunion and couldn't have been more pleased with the beautiful decor, multiple seating areas, and spa-like bathrooms. The outdoor showers were a little daunting to us at first but our young children loved them and we began to enjoy them as well. The house was very clean, obviously well-cared for, and again, wonderful for small family groups to get together. The owners and house manager were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful throughout our stay. The only constructive feedback I might offer is that there are no carpets/area rugs in the home. This posed a small challenge for our two young children (we were worried they would fall out of the beds onto the hard tile floor) and the hard tile floor was a bit rough on our feet. I would suggest getting some area rugs in the bedrooms perhaps. Overall, we loved this home and will absolutely return to it in our future travels to Naples, if they will have us again. :)

Great house, comfortable and pleasant stay!

We had a great time at Catherinen's home. The house is very clean with modern furnishing, and appointments. The kitchen had a great set of appliances and we loved a small shopping was made before we arrived. The backyards is fantastic, house is very close to the beach a few min to drive sand 15 min to walk to the beach. Anna the manager of the property was fantastic and very helpful . We use the grill during our stay that was a nice BBQ on the good backyard and eat dinner on the porch. We truly enjoyed our stay and will reserve again. Thanks Catherine!

Spring break in heaven.

This home was located in one of the best neighborhoods of the entire Naples area. A short drive to everything. We rode bikes (very safe) to the private beach. The best shopping mall in Naples with all the major brands is also a short bike ride away. The house was in perfect condition and unlike any we have stayed in before. We all enjoyed the outdoor showers greatly. The owners are very nice people and take good care of there house.

Wonderful rental home

We thoroughly enjoyed our month in this newly renovated, extremely clean home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a lovely backyard and screened in lanai with comfortable lounging chairs. It is in a great location near three beautiful beaches with shops, theaters, restaurants, a museum and the Naples Philharmonic nearby. Anna is eager to make sure you enjoy your stay. You will!

Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 weeks and will recommend this house for the following reasons 1) Perfect location close to private beach in a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood 2) Spacious house with a lovely terrace and a sunny garden; 3) Luxury furniture; 4) Everything you need is provided (e.g. towels, linens), 5) The owner has a very friendly family living in Naples that will meet you and any issues will be sorted professionally. I grew up in NYC where it was not easy to be close to nature but I regularly made the effort and was drawn to its vast beaches. Many years later I chose Naples as the place to buy our family vacation home due to its tranquility, gorgeous beaches, stunning nature and wildlife and of course, the proximity to grandma, whom we regularly visit with my three young daughters in tow.

Why they chose this property

After visiting my mom repeatedly in Naples over the years and becoming familiar with the nicest beaches and other top venues, I had a good sense of where the best area of Naples was. When we found this cottage in our preferred location, it was love at first sight.

What makes this property unique

In addition to the amazing location and the standard of our rental home, I think the reason that we have such good ratings is because we really care about our guests and my mom does an amazing job at welcoming them and helping them out with anything they may need. We are thoughtful in regards to what guests may need, and make sure there's always fresh coffee and basic breakfast essentials stocked when guests arrive. We are also very responsive and do our best to supply anything that may be missing or get repairs sorted as soon as they emerge.
