This grand, 3,300 square foot home features 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, a 3 car garage, pool, spa, barbecue, dual game rooms, wet bar, 32 inch flat screen TVs in each bedroom, and so much more. This newly remodeled home has been tastefully decorated in sleek, contemporary style and décor.

Upon entering, you step into one of two game rooms. The first has a pool table, and the second features a full size poker table- which overlooks the billiards area. The open, and spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking a large meal, while enjoying the company of your guests. The kitchen opens to the dining area and also overlooks the living room, complete with pool views, and large windows. The living room shows off cozy leather couches, a 55 inch TV, and wet bar. On the first level, you will also find a bedroom with outdoor access through French doors, a full bathroom, and a laundry room.

Venture upstairs and you will find the secluded master bedroom, complete with private bathroom featuring a soaking tub, shower, double vanities, and walk in closet. Also on the second story, are three additional bedrooms with 46 inch TVs in each room, and a full bathroom.

Outdoors, enjoy the private oversized pool and attached spa, covered patio, barbecue, and outdoor seating, including lounge chairs.

Family Wedding

Was a nice stay in a good house. Beds were comfortable and was in close proximity to family. Wish the Las Vegas ordinances on short term rentals were more lenient to allow more people to stay at the house as there was easily room for more than the 8 allowed.

Great house and neighborhood!

We all really enjoyed the house and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was a great place to come home to after working all day! Thank you and looking forward to possibly staying here again on our next trip!

Family Vegas Trip: Raiders v. Chiefs

We enjoyed our stay in Vegas at this property. It is really great for adult gatherings or multiple family members because all the rooms are separated in that gives privacy if you want to sleep late while others are gathering in the backyard, kitchen or game room. We were surprised the next morning after we arrived to see beautiful mountain views from the front yard. Great place, especially if you want a little distance from the strip. Enjoyed our stay and the host was great.

NOt as clean as expected

We were very disappointed with the condition of the home as it needed significant maintenance that photos didn’t reveal. The cozy rug shown under the TV room seating was missing, leaving a cold tile floor, which may have been better given the carpets throughout were filthy, with stains and worn dirt trails. The primary room jacuzzi tub jets didn’t work, there were no fans in the bathrooms, and the daily outside spa fee was frustrating since it took 30 minutes to heat up each time in the 40 - 50 degree wetaher, barely reached 101F, and we only got to use it once due to the delays. The plasma TVs in the bedrooms were small, had poor picture quality, and were awkwardly hung with exposed wires and a dangling router box. The living room ceiling also had a large water-damaged spot that appeared unstable. The back sliding door alarms were the most frustrating issue, going off every time the door opened unless bypassed within 10 seconds. No instructions were provided, leading us to think it was a security alarm. The loud, intrusive alarm was often triggered when multiple people used the door and were ironically louder than any noise we could have made—even if the spa had been usable during restricted hours (before 9 AM or after 10 PM). Overall, it seemed dirty and in disrepair. Otherwise, it could be a great place to be in the summer or with a large rowdy group. Not for a family gathering in town for a memorial service

Family and Friends

This property was great! There were three families, a total of 12 of us. There was plenty of room and each of us had a bed to sleep in. Enjoyed the pool and card tables. The center light over the family room was out and the sliding screen door in the back was a little off track. There weren't any bugs as mentioned in previous reviews and the frig was working fine. Beds were comfy, plenty of bath and pool towels and everything was very clean. We all agreed we would stay here again!

Wife turned 40 and Son turned 21

We really enjoyed the stay. The house was good and met most of our needs. Our only issue is that we had a larger group we intended on celebrating with. The listing showed it slept 11 or 12. But we learned right before our arrival that only 8 people could be at house at a time. This really made our plans a bit hard to accommodate everyone we invited. The cameras on all 4 corners of the home also felt a bit invasive. But the home was nice and we enjoyed our stay,

The house had a few roaches that climbed in my food he called me twice in one day I just got there it wasn’t a very good experience for me for that property just waiting for my refund I’m gonna run another one this might but I don’t think it would be that one they need to exterminate thank you Alisha Compton

Great family stay

Very spacious home, pool table and card table, nice area, close groceries, etc. It was nice each room had a TV. Hot tub was also great. Be prepared: there are no toiletries or extra bedding. Good communication with the property owner who was prompt to resolve an issue with hearing the hot tub. Easy check in and check out.

Nice Home in residential neiborhood (but strict rules)

clean and well equiped with cooking pots and pans. Does not allow any food, even dry goods or condements of any type to be left over so need to buy salt and pepper, oil... No biggie. Close to Grocery store. Nice hot tub and pool. - But then alot of warnings: *No pool after 10PM, *no more than the registered # of guests can be in the home at any time... "unlawful... blah blah blah..." Kind of strange since not clearly mentioned beforehand. Management was helpful.

What a great place!

Our group had 4 couples and we had a wonderful time in this upscale Las Vegas home. Even though it was late April, the ladies all used the pool and the heated hot tub while the guys spent a lot of hours around the poker and pool tables. In short, the home is plenty big enough that no one felt cramped. All the appliances worked great and saved us plenty of money not having to eat at restaurants all week. It's about a 20 minute average drive to get to the strip - depending of course on when you go and what end of the strip you want to get to. Its also a very quiet neighborhood - I don't recall even hearing any of our neighbors speaking outside of the backyard. I'm sure we were the loudest people around the week we were there..... but no one complained! In short, we would have no hesitation at all going back or recommending this property.
