However many issues came up with the appliances/conditions in the apartment including broken shower door, broken laundry machine handle, and building code not working. We emailed management but most of these were not fixed. They even charged our credit card without any notice afterwards for the repairing cost, which we had to call to request a refund.

Convenient location but some flaws with building appliances
The apartment is very close to the town center and it is walkable almost everywhere. The building is in an alley way so cars cannot access the building directly and travelers should expect a short walk leading to the building. During our stay, some small issues came up (e.g. broken shower door due to a loose screw, building door stopped working, clogged bathroom sink). The management company was fast in responding to our emails/calls, but they weren't able to fix the sink/shower door due to lack of labor/holiday schedules, except the building door code. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but wish the appliances could have been fixed even if it was a busy holiday season.
