This beautiful holiday villa has a very special charm and is located on the canal in the southeast of Cape Coral and is designed for a maximum of 6 people. Here you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: 1x king size, 1x queen size and 2 twin beds. The queen and twin bedrooms share the guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. You will want for nothing for a perfect dinner with your family and friends.

With attention to detail, the bright living area with DVD player and TV will make you feel at home and you can really relax.
Enjoy your day on the beautiful terrace with pool and sun loungers to relax. Of course, a BBQ gas grill is available for you and invites you to eat a juicy steak with family and friends. The typical native plants offer you sufficient privacy and privacy around the pool area.
Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. You have 2 kayaks at your disposal.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and is billed according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter package when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen rolls, soap or similar consumables for the duration of the stay.

You can rent a boat for this villa, and you can start your boat tour directly from the house's own dock with lift. If you are interested, just ask for it when you make your booking.
You will be looked after on site by our German property management team.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. No exception.
Parking in the garage is not possible. In front of the garage you will find enough space to park your car.
