Fabulous week

Booked a week in this lovely apartment. Host was readily available for check in instructions, information and anything else. Very quiet as mainly residential but perfect location over looking the sea. Was a lovely family break and would definitely consider going back.

Exactly as described on the website. Comfortable, with easy access to the promenade and lots of bars and good restaurants. Just what we wanted! The apartment was well equipped and communication with the owner was good.

Great Apartment

A quiet apartment in a great location. The apartment is on the first floor and the balcony overlooks the pool with good views towards Arrecife. The 2 bedrooms are a good size, and although there is no air conditioning, the constant breeze on Lanzarote keeps the rooms cool at night(the day time temperatures reach 32°C when we visited in August 2022). The kitchen is very small, but has everything you need to make a meal (oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, 70:30 tall fridge and freezer, toaster, sink, etc), but there really in only room for one to work comfortably. The bathroom is a good size with a toilet, shower over bath, sink, and washing machine. Other cupboards around the apartment have board games, clothes horse, broom, vacuum, books, etc, making it a real 'home from home'. On arrival, the water was isolated which was a real inconvenience, however Hannelore was very helpful, and we found the water meter isolated at the bottom of the stairwell the next day. The outdoor pool area is really great and was never too busy to find a spare sun lounger. The kids loved the pool, which was always clean. The beach next the apartment block is sheltered by rocky barrier creating a safe lagoon watched over by life guards, making it perfect for young children. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk, along with other beaches.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit überwältigender Aussicht direkt am Meer

Von der Anreise bis zum Ende hat alles wunderbar funktioniert, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war exakt so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excelente départ

El departamento tiene una vista increíble para pasar las tardes viendo el mar. Residenz Nautilus

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit tollstem Ausblick aufs Meer. Es fehlt an nichts, selten so ne gute Ausstattung in einer Wohnung. Auch hervorheben muss man den wirklich netten Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin und der Rezeptionistin Vanessa und dem Haustechniker Alexis. Einfach alles topp!
