Large villa with direct access to Bowman's Beach

The house on the exclusive Sanibel Island is fully newly, modern and tastefully furnished and located in a well maintained and guarded residential park. Large veranda with screen and modern patio furniture. We also provide beach equipments and 4 bicycles. Outside you will find our new, large, heated pool. Footpath to the beach or on bicycles. Two garages with electric door openers, tennis court for free use in the neighbourhood (500 m). Very quiet location in the nature reserve as well as Bowman's Beach, one of the most beautiful shell beaches in the world. Extra family / TV room, extra work area upstairs with wonderful view of palm trees. Enjoy the beautiful morning sky and the famous Florida twilight in our villa.


Entertainment: Board games adults / children, I-Pod docking station, stereo system, clock radio

Living rooms: The house has two large living rooms, each equipped with new modern sofas and seating furniture. Both living rooms are separated by a dining room. One living room is provided with all electronic equipments. Extra work area in the hallway upstairs / basement for PC.

Amazing Sanibel Villa in fantastic location
We have stayed in many villas throughout Florida and this is without doubt the best. It fulfilled all our expectations from the moment we arrived. All facilities were excellent and everything you could possibly need was available. Views from large windows over the garden were lovely and many different types of wild life were abundant. Morning hike or bike to Bowmans beach after a swim in the beautiful heated pool was fantastic. Only minutes from Ding Darling made it easy to enjoy everything the refuge has to offer.VIP staff were very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful holiday and are looking forward to going again. David,Catherine and Andrew

Traumurlaub
Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier.Die Angaben im Online- Inserat entsprechen voll und ganz denTatsachen.Haus ,Garten und Poolbereich sind sehr sauber und gepflegt.Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet.Der Vermieter und die dortige Ferienverwaltung sind sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Joggen, ein Fitnes-Center das National Wildlife -Refuge, Shell Museum oder ein Outlet-Shopping- Center Besuch tragen zu einem abwechlungsreichen Urlaub -bei.Ebenso wie Ausflüge in die Everglades,nach Miami,Orlando oder Key-West (min.2 Tage) sind sehr empfehlenswert.Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants aber auch das Kochen in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche gestalten den Urlaub äußerst erholsam.Wir können dieses Feriendomizil mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Traumhaftes Domizil
Das Haus mit seiner großzügigen Ausstattung war sehr sauber, sehr gut gepflegt und entsprach voll und ganz unseren Anforderungen. Man merkte die Liebe zum Detail, was die Möblierung, die Dekoration, aber auch die Verfügbarkeit von Strandhandtüchern, Besteck, Geschirr, aber auch Fahrräder, Pool Equipment etc. anbelangte. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die wunderbare Insel hat ebenfalls dazu beigetragen. Die Nähe zum Strand, zu Ding Darlling, zum Aussichtsturm, der sich hervorragend zur Vogelbeobachtung eignet, die Tennisplätze in walking distance haben für uns den Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wir haben und werden majestic mornings weiter empfehlen!

Traumvilla zum Wohlfühlen auf Sanibel Island
Vom ersten Tag an fühlten wir uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa wie zu Hause und sehr wohl. Die Anreise war von der professionellen Hausverwaltung sehr gut organisiert und wir fanden ein Haus in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand vor. In der sehr gut ausgestatteten Villa wurde wirklich an alles gedacht; sie lässt keine wünsche offen. Wir haben sehr die schönen Tage am großen Pool mit abendlichem Barbecue genossen. Bei Bedarf waren aber auch Geschäfte und Restaurants gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder waren ebenfalls in einem sehr guten Zustand sodass wir häufig eine Radtour zum Bowmans Beach gemacht haben. Aufgrund der Lage des Hauses war der Strand in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Wir haben somit einen unvergesslichen und erholsamen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist daher von uns bereits wieder gebucht.

Wohlfühlhaus in herrlicher Lage
Majestic Mornings liegt in einer der schönsten Gegenden Sanibels, nahe des Ding Darling Naturparks. Die Wohnlage ist sicher, ruhig und gepflegt. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit großen Palmen umgibt das Haus. Die Möblierung ist clever und mit viel Geschmack ausgewählt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, alles ist hell, freundlich und sehr sauber. Die Küche mit ihrer "Komplettausstattung bis zum Cocktailshaker" hat uns begeistert, obwohl es auf der Insel genug Möglichkeiten gibt, dort Essen zu gehen. Mit den Rädern ist man schnell am weißen und nicht überlaufenen Bowman's Beach oder man genießt den eigenen Pool.Um die Ecke gibt es einen kostenlosen Tennisplatz und im näheren Umfeld vier sehr schöne Golfplätze. Eine Tour mit dem airboat durch die Everglades hat uns viel Spaß gemacht und sollte es mal regnen, dann ist das Tanger-Outlet (Hilfiger,Polo Ralph Lauren, Nike usw., das Miromar-Outlet oder die Edison-Mall im nahe gelegenen Fr. Myers eine Alternative. Wir sind viele Meilen mit unserem Mietwagen gefahren- auch hinunter bis Key West, zum Southernmost Point, dem südlichsten Punkt Amerikas (noch 145 km bis Kuba)- trotzdem ist es uns in diesem Urlaub nicht gelungen, alles zu sehen, was wir sehen wollten. So haben wir für 2012 bei unseren netten Vermietern erneut gebucht. Majestic Mornings - wir kommen wieder !

Traumhafter Floridaurlaub
Wir haben im August/September (4 Wochen) einen herrlichen Floridaurlaub in diesem wunderschön eingerichteten Haus verlebt. Die Strandnähe ist wirklich toll, zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad. Bei der Einrichtung wurde an alles gedacht, nichts fehlt, alles sehr modern und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der große Pool ist an der Südseite optimal gelegen. Die Nähe auch zu Captiva per Fahrrad haben wir so nicht erwartet, die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich phantastisch. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfreich. Wir hoffen, bald wiederkommen zu können.

Ein Traumurlaub im Traumhaus
Wir waren insgesamt 5 Wochen in dem wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten Haus. Die Einrichtung ist so, daß eigentlich 6 Leute sehr bequem unter- kommen könnten, vor allem gibt es ein 2. sehr schönes Schlafzimmer mit sehr geräumigem Bad. Der Garten ist außerordentlich gut gepflegt und das allerschönste: zum wunderschönen Bowman's Beach sind es wirklich nur 5-8 Minuten zu gehen. Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar und bei allen Fragen sehr hilfreich. Die Freizeit kann durch vorhandene Räder und einen beheizten Pool toll gestaltet werden. Die besten Restaurants für uns waren "The Timbers", "Mad Hutter" und die "Island Cow", ein schönes ERlebnis: der Farmes Market am Sonntag. Tolles Golfspielen mit Aligators in "The Dunes". Sanibel wir durch Majestic Mornings noch schöner.
