Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is available in Dawn Beach Club, an oceanfront beach resort on the gorgeous Dawn Beach in St. Maarten, close to the French Border of St. Martin, 20 minutes to Orient Beach, on the French side. You have JW Marriott, a 5 star resort with restaurants, pool and spa right next door to use daily. This1800 square foot oceanfront condo has a great room that includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters throughout, a sit down breakfast bar and dining room adjoining a large, beautifully appointed living room with plenty of seating and newer furniture throughout. You have your own washer and dryer in the laundry room. Enjoy the views from your large private balconies off your Master Bedroom and Living Room overlooking the ocean and surrounding islands. 1800 Square Feet allows plenty of room for relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy the Exercise Room. You also have a beautiful oceanfront infinity pool with swim up bar just steps away. Your condo sleeps 8, which is great for large families or a group of friends. Enjoy fresh towels daily and maid service halfway through your week. 24 hour security on site. Dawn Beach Club is the perfect place to relax and unwind, or be centrally located to get out and explore everything this friendly island has to offer, on the Dutch side with great shopping and dining, or, on the French side with unique restaurants and beautiful beaches to explore. *note* Saturday to Saturday stays.

My husband and I renewed our vows on this very beach and fell in love with the Dawn Beach Club and the wonderful amenities it has. We love the convenience of our location. There are many wonderful dining options on the island for you to enjoy. We love to relax at the pool after a good workout in our exercise facility. We love to plan our adventures on the island from sailing, snorkeling, hiking, or setting up reservations at restaurants with breathtaking views that will make you 'fall in love' all over again!

This is the most beautiful and relaxing beach to enjoy wonderful memories with your family or friends. We are right on the beach with full oceanfront views from your Master Bedroom and Living-Great Room. Take a stroll on the beach or relax under an umbrella with your favorite book.
What makes this property unique
The Dawn Beach Club is so close to the French St. Martin border that you can enjoy both sides of the island so easily. We enjoy the shopping in St. Maarten during the day and the great restaurants in St. Martin for dinner. Your kitchen is well equipped though if you choose to stay home and create your own delicious meals to enjoy on your candlelit balcony while listening to the waves coming in.
